This is a city park, we are members so do not pay an entrance fee. There is a small fee for entrance and some of the programs. Barge rides, planetarium programs, and zipline are available;but best of all is the solitude of a short or long hike and views over the beautiful lake. All within a few minutes of the... More

Bays Mt. has many trails and a great wildlife area. On our last hike we saw a doe waiting right beside our trail. The lake is also lovely.

A fantastic place to visit to see wildlife in a natural environment. Not only fascinating but extremely informative a great place to take children to help them understand how wild animals live and thrive beside us on this planet

Bays Mountain offers a fun day for the family! It's very affordable. We are a family of six and cannot spend fortunes on outings. Make sure you check out everything. The planetarium shows are really good and very interesting. Check the website for scheduling, but the Birds of Prey show and Wolf feeding are worth seeing. The zipline and ropes... More

Nice park that is dog friendly. However, keep in mind that you cannot bring your dog into the animal enclosures or into the planetarium, but they are welcomed in the nature center and all other areas. I enjoyed the nature center exhibits and reminiscing about the times I spent here as a child. The wolves looked healthy and I was... More

A wonderful place to take a hike and possibly see some wildlife. On the day I was there, there was no charge, but normally the cost is 4.00. The park also has a planitarium..

Been going here since i was a littlw girl. It seems they have they have the same exhibits everytime. they could do a lot with a small inside remodel. The planetarium is still nice. We rarely see any animals on our visit except wolves and deer. The zipline they added, my dauggter liked but being a local and bwing something... More

I have been going to Bays Mountain through school trips, Boy Scouts, and family outings since the 1970's. It had been about 10 years since I visited last, so we decided to visit. There were some things that had changed very little, but there were a few improvements, and even work being done at that time. One constant over the... More

I went with my co-workers for a day retreat to Bays Mountain. I was amazed at what there is there to offer. Can't wait to go back and take the grandchildren. Hiking trails, lake, museum, zoo, zipline, guided barge ride, picnic areas. The deer roam free here, one crossed in front of me, so close, I could have almost touched... More
