We enjoyed a pleasant afternoon hiking with our dog. They have very well marked trails of varying distances. We did a loop along the Lakeside trail, to the Tower trail and went up to the fire tower. You can climb the tower, but it is a bit rickety and scary. I only got half way before I decided that was... More

My family has a membership to Bays Moutain. The membership was less than $40 per family. We get free parking and tickets to all events each day we visit. The planeatarium shows are very nice. My girls enjoy the barge rides and the animal shows. This is a wonderful family activity. More

Bays mountain is a great place to visit during the spring and summer because there are several animals out and you can take a ride on the barge. The shows in the planetarium are awesome but boring We fell asleep. More

The wildlife walk is very nice, as you walk thru the enclosures for the animals. For me the highlight was the wolves. Not something you usually see in a zoo type display. There are lots interesting seasonal activities to see and do. More

Some nature center displays were great, others not so much. You can't control when the animals come out but the ones we did see were well cared for. Kids loved the deer and turkeys in the parking lot! Workers were helpful with animals for kids to touch. Reptile house is the best display. Trails offer an escape from the crowds... More

What better way to spend the day (and not loads of cash) then chilling out with nature?!? The planetarium is very "micky mouse" set-up but that's not the real attraction. Very nice trails. Spend some peaceful time in the way God meant it to be enjoyed. Now if we can just get rid of those Bozo's who constantly have to... More

Bays Mountain is a great way to spend a day with your family and it only cost $4 per car. If you like to hike or just want to spend some quiet time in the woods, this place is for you. There are trails that can take hours to navigate and they are absolutely beautiful. I was disappointed in the... More

I was extremely disappointed in Bays Mountain. The planetarium has some very nice equipment, but the show was just simply amateurish. The whole thing was a (poor) artist’s drawings moving across the ceiling. Then they talk to convince you that you really saw something. Talk about a waste of my time! The park itself seemed to be in poor maintenance... More
