We just finished a seven day haunted history vacation with Appalachian GhostWalks and I have to say this was the best vacation I have ever taken with my family. The history is well researched and you can tell these folks have done their homework. More than this, we had incredible experiences both in and around buildings pre-dating the Civil War... More

This was a total waste of time and money. I went with a group of 6 and all we did was walk around Dandridge, TN. We never set foot inside one of the supposed "haunted" buildings. Being a bit of a history buff, I enjoyed hearing the history of the courthouse and that Davy Crockett's marriage license is still on... More

Dear Guest, we appreciate you taking the time to offer your response to your recent tour and, upon review of the original booking by your group's organizer, we would like to offer the following thoughts in retrospect. If we understand your review correctly, your concerns dealt with the fact that you did not enter buildings, as well as the fact... More

My partner and I attended the ghost walk tour in Abingdon, VA 7-20-13. It was Fantastic, I cant say enough positive things about it. Our tour guide was Michael, he was very knowledgeable and provided great history throughout the tour. Although we didn't get to see anything paranormal, we did get to hear a lot about other peoples' experiences in... More

I have been on several of the ghost walks with Appalachian Ghost Walk. I have been to the ETSU tour, Jonesborough, Greenville tour, and the Abington tour several times. They know the history of the places and their research is right on the spot. Every time I go I learn something new that I didn't before. They change the tours... More

This was truly a waste of money and precious time. My family of 4 went on this Ghost walk. I use the term "ghost" lightly. The tour guide for our tour of Gatlinburg TN was Stacey Allen. This was a tour of his experiences and very little of the actual history of the town or of ghosts for that matter.... More

Dear Guest... We appreciate your taking the time to send your review and we understand your perspective. However, at the time of booking you were notified that this was a Christian based tour, that was a different kind of tour with a positive look at the afterlife that is NOT designed to scare people. There are other tours out there... More

The tour was fun, scary stories was told and very informative info one the history of the town. Our tour guide mike was great. The tour is 3 hours long but is a light pace walk and some sitting. The tour was around $ 65.00 for two adults. We thought it was a good time and lots of fun.

Dear Guest(s)... Thank you so very much for another wonderful review. Abingdon is one of several tours we operate all across America's First Western Frontier - Northeast Tennessee. The walk through the caverns was amazing. The amount of time alone was well worth the taking the tour. This is not your typical half hour walk through a cave and then you leave. We spent several hours going through the cave and the historical knowledge we were exposed to was top notch as well as the "ghostly" experiences. I... More
