Having grown up camping all my life I have seen and stayed at many parks, this is one of my local favorites! The park has so much to offer everyone and is kept up very nicely!

It is my fall tradition to trail ride at Chickasaw Stables with my daughter for her birthday. Mike and his kids never disappoint us. The horses are well trained and respond to cues from a novice rider to an expert. We typically go on Sunday afternoons when there aren't huge numbers on the ride. We are experienced riders, so this... More

The views of this camping area are amazing. Overlooks a lake and some forest and is well organized. You can call or schedule on like for just $11 per night and get a site with grill, picnic table and fire place. They are spaced out so you are not camping on top of the person next to you. Quiet time... More

I've enjoyed camping at this park a couple of times and have another trip planed next month. They have campsites for normal campers, tents, etc. but also have a camping area specifically for people that also have a horse trailer with them. The park has lots of trails for hiking, ATV trails, horse trails and driving through the woods. There... More

A good destination for couples or families in Chester County, Tennessee. Nearby the golf course and Chickasaw Chalet cabins.

My family rented a cabin for the weekend and it was amazing. We went fishing, didn't get many bites tho, and rented boats. Horseback riding is a must, my daughter loved it. We had from age 65 to 20 months and everyone had a blast. It is beautiful, the park rangers and staff are the sweetest people. I don't see... More

My grandchildren aged 11 and 8 had a great time swimming, paddle boating, and just enjoying nature. To my surprise we were not bothered by mosquitoes being so close to the lake. The cabins were clean and very kid friendly. We will be returning in the fall.

My family camped over 4th of July weekend in the tent area. It was a rainy weekend, so it wasn't very crowded. I like the hilly terrain. We reserved camping spot #9, which was close to the bathrooms. The bathhouse was clean, supplied with toilet paper, but no locks on the doors. Nieces come in useful for lots of things;... More

We have visited this park several times. we have stayed in the cabins, swam in the lake, paddle boated and walked the trails and still have not done everything! There is also horse back riding and ten camping. There is a playground and basketball court for the kids. The trail is nice and not too long. You can just go... More
