I've enjoyed camping at this park a couple of times and have another trip planed next month. They have campsites for normal campers, tents, etc. but also have a camping area specifically for people that also have a horse trailer with them. The park has lots of trails for hiking, ATV trails, horse trails and driving through the woods. There... More

A good destination for couples or families in Chester County, Tennessee. Nearby the golf course and Chickasaw Chalet cabins.

My family rented a cabin for the weekend and it was amazing. We went fishing, didn't get many bites tho, and rented boats. Horseback riding is a must, my daughter loved it. We had from age 65 to 20 months and everyone had a blast. It is beautiful, the park rangers and staff are the sweetest people. I don't see... More

My grandchildren aged 11 and 8 had a great time swimming, paddle boating, and just enjoying nature. To my surprise we were not bothered by mosquitoes being so close to the lake. The cabins were clean and very kid friendly. We will be returning in the fall.

My family camped over 4th of July weekend in the tent area. It was a rainy weekend, so it wasn't very crowded. I like the hilly terrain. We reserved camping spot #9, which was close to the bathrooms. The bathhouse was clean, supplied with toilet paper, but no locks on the doors. Nieces come in useful for lots of things;... More

We have visited this park several times. we have stayed in the cabins, swam in the lake, paddle boated and walked the trails and still have not done everything! There is also horse back riding and ten camping. There is a playground and basketball court for the kids. The trail is nice and not too long. You can just go... More

The park area was very nice. Had lots of playgrounds for the kids. They do have horseback riding for like $25 a person. Campground area was very nice and pretty. The downside is the man made beach head poop all over the place. Unsure of what type of poop if it was duck or dog but you had to be... More

We took our RV here for a long weekend. RV camping review: this part was average at best. No sewage hookup but a dump station. The lots are very shaded and natural. The parking of the RV is not meant for a novice though if you have a bigger RV that you need to back in. The camp host, Woody,... More

If you like to hike, fish, or just sit and have a picnic by the lake, this is the place for you. My husband and I took the day hiking the beautiful trails, and just taking in how clean this park is. They also have camping, horseback riding, and a park for the kids
