My wife and I recently came to the area celebrating our 15th anniversary. We had never been whitewater rafting before and wanted to try it. Although there were a few problems with a worker in the office with correspondence, the office manager Jessica quickly fixed the issues. Once we got on the water we had a top notch experience. I... Really amazing experience for both myself and my kids (12,10,10). The staff at Ourdoor Adventures not only does a great job of making the trip fun, but also safe! Their equipment is in top notch shape, their facilities are incredibly clean - and their guides are really a blast! We had Kyle, and he was the perfect mix of funny... More

We have been visiting the Smoky Mountains for 18 years. Our kids are on their own now, some bringing their own families to the area. This is the first time we have rafted , such an awesome experience! Very friendly atmosphere, fabulous guide named Trent who is very knowledgeable and entertaining! Clean, nice restrooms, changing rooms and showers. The pictures... More

We brought our seniors white water rafting as part of their high school senior trip. They had a blast and said it was the best part of the trip. Jessica and her staff should be commended on providing an excellent outing. The river guides: Seth, AJ, Willis, Jared and Suggs were great. The facilities are nice and clean and located... More

I'm from Florida & being that I've never did anything remotely close to white water rafting, I was out of my mind scared but our guide Willis was absolutely wonderful at easing my mind! He was very respectful, courageous, humorous & all around fun to have as a guide! Y'all are amazing & I definitely see myself coming back again!... More

This trip was amazing!! Great facilities, owner was extremely nice and went out of her way to meet the groups needs. All smiles from our 28 seniors. The river guides made the trip fun and exciting. I'd definitely go back!

The whitewater rafting was the highlight of our vacation. We went with our family (kids 11, 10 and 8 years old) and Trent was a great guide. I'd recommend you call for directions rather than follow your GPS. We ended up on a dirt road perched on the side of the mountains which was almost as much of an adventure... More

Awesome time, guides are a blast! Highly recommend, Jared, AJ, and Diane were great. Trip Advisor is requiring 100 character minimum, not sure how to say "you should definitely make this a part of your Smoky Mountain vacation! " with over 100 characters
