I liked the fact that it was an old factory so not just tile and glass. Could use more budget type shops and also more food places.

Great assortment of little shops and boutiques. I believe they even have event space. Would recommend visiting if you're in the area.

As other reviews stated, not a lot of shops in the Factory itself (but a large very nice antique shop with huge, beautiful selection). The real draw seemed to be the Farmer's Market located in the parking lot behind the Factory. Many vendors and lots of fresh options, including gluten-free baked goods. Make note that if you want to shop... More

Great place to browse for antiques and collectables. Lots of places to eat too! We spent quite a long time looking and enjoying the shoppes.

Walked through and found the old factory building to be interesting. However, several niche shops with higher prices. Worth a visit but not many stores of interest for actual shopping. We heard it was a good place to host large events.

Franklin is about 19 mikes south of Downtown Nashville and it is worth the drive to walk the small historic town. Just about a mile North of Franklin sits the Factory. It was a factory and now has local little shops that the women would like better than the men. It also has a local theatre that used for local... More

This mall is mostly empty, it is got more empty stores than ones selling anything. I was expecting and hoping for much more.

IT has some antique stores, one big one, where you can find some fun and beautiful things.. Also, has a restaurant or two in there. I love the big antique store in there and always manage to find a thing or two to take home. The prices are so much better here than the southwest on antiques.

We visited the antique section of the mall. Enjoyed poking around, but it is definitely not the best antique joint in Franklin and for us, that was the only draw in going there. We were in and out in a half hour.
