I do enjoy going to hear Music City Roots at the Factory. There are no bad seats, but you can reserve tickets (seats) ahead of time. Also you can grab a bite to eat from Monell's-just plain ole good southern cooking. Music City Roots venue is on Wednesday evenings at 7 PM. There also many unique shops around the factory... More

We were surprised by the variety of stores and eateries located in the factory. Not only were there works by local artists but also shops where we could walk thru memory lane looking at antiques. When back in the area will plan on spending more time there.

Really unique shopping center. Stop and get a coffee or cappuccino in the coffee shop there. Nice way to spend the day after going to the farmers market after going to l

See where the Dortch Stoves and Jamison mattresses were made at one time. Great restoration. See the shops and eat. Enjoy.

I hope someday to see this place filled with more shops, it's a little sparse right now. That said, there is a great farmers market every Saturday, a wonderful antique shop, a fun paint-it-yourself pottery studio, Artisan Guitars, boutiques and more. There are also a couple restaurants, Saffire is very good. It's worth a trip out to it, but realize... More

The Factory is located across from the Pilgrimage Festival event at The Park at Harlinsdale Farm. Between the Factory holding musical events at night and the festival in the daytime, this is a great place to enjoy music. I hope this is an annual event.

We had a banquet at The Factory. Although most stores were closing for the evenng, it was a very interesting place that I would love to spend time exploring. My daughter and I have already decided Franklin would be a good place for a weekend "antiquing" trip!

The factor is a rehabbed foundry for the making of iron stoves. It has been rehabbed with shops, restaurants and conference rooms. It's very nice as a space, as it has some of the old factory aesthetic still in place. Recommended for a nice afternoon activity, or for a casual meal.

This a beautiful space, however, it is lacking shops. There are too many empty spaces. We took out picture in the extra large rocking chair and wandered around for about 15 minutes. That was all it took. Kind of disappointed.

Just spent the last 3 days at a Writers Conference located in a meeting room of the Factory, Franklin, TN. Definitely out of the norm for my usual conferences but the location and amenities were great. Large space and although a kind of indoor mall with shops and restaurants, the noise level was 'none'. Easy access to the restrooms during... More
