It doesn't take long to walk through, but a wonderful place to visit. We ate at 2 different restaurants - both were awesome. Also bought a painting from the art shop. Worth a stop.

went to a seminar at The Factory and meeting space and meal provided was all good. However, I was totally amazed when I asked one of the staff about where the recycle containers were for the aluminum cans and plastic containers and plates and was told that they didn't do recycling, just throw everything in the trash.

Many of the reviews say it's not much, which I guess is true. There are a few stores, but it's worth a look around. Interesting history and stores. A few places to get a bite to eat. Worth coming to go to the theatre inside of the factory (great production), Saffire, the farmer's market on Saturday mornings, etc. It's a... More

There is not much to see here. Very few shops. The antique mall was nice, but kind of pricey. This mall really wasn't worth the time.

Definitely have a visit to the Antique Store at the Factory. It is WAY bigger than it looks and lots of items priced to sell which is important to having a good time. 20-70% off some items. Feels good to find something nice that is not obscenely overpriced at real antique mart. Owner cool and helpful. Took his advice for... More

We love The Factory for it's retro environment of the old industrial factory but also love that it houses new and trendy shops. You can also see very cool events in one of their two event centers. Concerts and other fun events are there routinely. Check out their event listings for something you might enjoy going to. Several places to... More

I went to The Factory to meet some friends at a restaurant and ended up roaming around and checking out the stores afterward. Great space and lots of fun things to do. A bit outside downtown so you need to drive. Would highly recommend!

I am time resident of Franklin. The Factory is the place to bring out of town visitors on a Rainy Day. It is a old - made over collection of knick knack shops under a single roof, and a high priced restaurant. you can easily spend a couple of hours there sorting through stuff that you would not usually buy... Very nice with a better variety of stores than downtown. Need more awareness about this place. Doesn't look like much from the outside but inside the place was spotless and the stores fun to shop in.
