This review is specific to the Saturday Farmer's Market held in the parking lot of The Factory. We have just moved here and have been to 2 Saturday Markets. This is one of the best Farmer's Markets I have been to compared to other cities. They have a wide variety of local produce and meats. Food trucks are here for... More

We live in downtown Franklin and its about a quarter mile away. Its an old factory (Magic Chef) manufacturer. They turned it into an artisan type of place for artists, caffe's and restuarants,.. Also on Saturdays there is a great Farmers market.

Nice concept but need more stores or activities. Some real gems, but not enough for an out of the way trip. Hope it keeps going and improves.

Love strolling through the antique shop and the kids clothing store at the one end of The Factory. Unfortunately, there are very few stores there. We also like the pottery shop (when we are staying longer than a week - we can make a piece and pick it up the week after).

Great spot in downtown Franklin, good food with a nice atmosphere and lots of shops inside with a great vibe and there's also an outdoor farmers market on Saturdays

We stopped to see Rusty and saw the nicest farmers market ever Most of the shops in the factory were not open yet because we were there too early It was a beautifully preserved old building set up as mall

It doesn't take long to walk through, but a wonderful place to visit. We ate at 2 different restaurants - both were awesome. Also bought a painting from the art shop. Worth a stop.

went to a seminar at The Factory and meeting space and meal provided was all good. However, I was totally amazed when I asked one of the staff about where the recycle containers were for the aluminum cans and plastic containers and plates and was told that they didn't do recycling, just throw everything in the trash.

Many of the reviews say it's not much, which I guess is true. There are a few stores, but it's worth a look around. Interesting history and stores. A few places to get a bite to eat. Worth coming to go to the theatre inside of the factory (great production), Saffire, the farmer's market on Saturday mornings, etc. It's a... More

There is not much to see here. Very few shops. The antique mall was nice, but kind of pricey. This mall really wasn't worth the time.
