My husband and I were in Crossville, TN, and went to see "Scrooge" on the Main Stage of the Cumberland County Playhouse. I am always amazed how the quality of productions held there. They do amazing things with the small stage area they have to work with. Of course, most people have seen a Christmas Carole and have expectations of... More

We have seen 4 different plays and all have been excellent. All plays have a meaningful story that will make you laugh, make you think, make you feel your part of the story being told. Corryton, Tn

We enjoyed the concert. Mandy Barnett has an amazing voice but the sound system did not do her justice. It could have used a little more Christmas decorations cosidering it was her Christmas show and the only thing holiday was Mandy's top with the bows. It was very touching to see the hometown girl come home for a concert.

We usually go to the playhouse twice a year and enjoy it every time we go. The actors are always great and everyone there is always so helpful if you have questions.

This is a community playhouse in Crossville, TN. They do excellent, professional work. It's a great way to see Broadway shows at a fraction of the cost. Even people who have seen shows on Broadway return to CCP. They also produce children's shows, and offer several concerts and other artistic events throughout the year. If you're moving here, look into... More

Excellent performances at the Cumberland County Playhouse. Every time we visit Crossville, Tn., we attend a performance at this theatre. We have never been disappointed in the performance or the quality of the actors and actresses. On our last visit, we attended the performance of "Damn Yankees". Another excellent show which we thoroughly enjoyed.

People come from all over to visit the playhouse. It is known for great plays by paid actors and local talent. Two stages mades it nice, the large stage for big productions with lots of talent and a smaller stage in the square for smaller products. Top name plays makes it easy to see without going to a big city.

If you haven't been to Crossville, TN and experienced a play at the Cumberland County Playhouse. You are missing a real treat. Just saw Damn Yankees and was blown away. The level of talent at this small, intimate theater is amazing. If you are within a 2 hour drive of Crossville, it is worth the drive.

We saw "Inherit The Wind", a wonderful performance, opening night, good seats. A large cast, music was excellent. Plenty of parking, all that work at the playhouse are very professional.
