A group of us saw a play here and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. The playhouse is relatively small and easy to maneuver. Seats were comfortable, views were excellent and the entertainment was well done!

We went to see Southern Fried Funeral yesterday, and what a great show it was. All the actors wer very strong. There is not a bad seat in the house, so if you can fit it into your schedule, it is a "must do"!!

We have seen Fiddler on the Roof and The King and I recently. When we were there on Friday night, we saw that Guy Lombardo's Royal Canadians would be there the next night and we quickly bought tickets! Not a bad seat in the house and always quality shows!

The Cumberland County Playhouse is not a "fancy" theater, in fact the seats are usually uncomfortable, but the productions rival any I've seen anywhere. The price is right, around $25.00 and the parking is free. I have paid WAY more and gotten WAY less. Anyone who comes to Crossville for any reason should include a performance at the Playhouse in... The Cumberland County Playhouse is amazing for the size of Crossville and the surrounding area. There are usually several plays/musicals running simultaneously and the level of talent is outstanding. The price is so reasonable and the seats are all quite good.

Have been to the Cumberland County Playhouse several times now over the course of a few years. I never went while in high school, always thought that it would be boring and just not my thing. So I waited until I was well into my 30's before going the first time. Wished I hadn't have been so stubborn and closed... More
