This museum is really nice!

I was at a meeting, hosted in the museum, so I didn't take a full tour of the facility, but what I did see was worth the visit. If you are a Trail of Tears or general history... read more

This is a whole lot more than I expected, a very nice museum that covers a lot of the local history and also some world history. I thoroughly enjoyed my visit. The staff was also pleasant.

Great spot for local and state history, from local Cherokee to the Civil war. Well made exhibits and beautiful, clean, and well put together building. They also offer a Banquet room, that is rather large.

Took my sister and her granddaughter here. They both enjoyed the visit. It has a lot to look at and see how things were back in the 1800's and things poeple lived. Great place to take children.

If you are a looker, stop in and take back a bit of knowledge about how and why Cleveland is Cleveland. Some real history is shown here. Cleveland was and is a part of history.

While this little local-history museum has some fine exhibits, it is their Gift Shop which is a drawing card for me. Here, all the merchandise is handmade by artists withing a 100-mile radius of Cleveand, TN, and their quality is excellent.
