We recently visited Lake Winnie and we had an awesome time. I consider myself to be a very picky person but this park has completely won me over. My kids are 13 & 8 and they had an amazing time. This park is for everyone!!!! It's well-kept and the staff is friendly and courteous. The price was just right for... more

Unlike my last experience at the "multi flag" park in Atlanta, where hostile, profane, unruly/unkempt youth forced the family to leave early, Lake Winnie proved to be a wonderful family affair. Short lines, friendly staff very clean park. My boys, ages 9 and 12, had a great time over about a 6 hour span. I look forward to heading back... more

Lake Winnepesaukah is an old fashioned, fun amusement park in Chattanooga. Perfect for kids of all ages, loads of little kid rides that are good for toddlers. Great roller coaster for older kids and adults alike! more

When I was a kid the highlight of our lives was the yearly trip to chatt. (2 hours one way) to go to lake winnie. My entire family would go-grandparents, mom and dad, aunts, uncles and cousins- could take the grill back then and have cookouts under the pavillion. My dad is nearing 80 now and still wants to go... more

I grew up in an Amusement park not much larger than L.W. (Dorney Park, Allentown PA) I live in Atlanta and a friend invited me to check out the park. WOW, it brought back so many childhood memories. This park is part of a dying breed of classic Amusement parks that I only thought existed in PA. Dorney has been... more

My kids loved this amusement park more than anything else we did in Chattanooga. It is really like a large fair except is has some rollercoasters. We went when they were having a special so the price was not bad. There was plenty for the kids to ride and the lines were not very long for most rides. It is... more

I have been to this park numerous times as a child, and this was the first time I have been since. This is a very small park, sort of like if you were visiting a fair or something. The admission is reasonable, $5, and the ride tickets are reasonable as well. You also can bring in your own cooler/snacks which... more

We are a very large summer camp that travel with our students at lease 3 times a week. We made arrangements to come and visit this theme park, which took us 2 hours travel time to get there. We were never told about a gate charge, and that it would be $10 per person with a coke can. We had... more
