This is a great amusement park for kids, and the adults had fun too! It reminded me of summer trips that I use to take to Opryland as a kid. The rides aren't too scary, and are ok for smaller ones (while Six Flags is more fun for the older ones.) My 5 and 9 year old loved it, and... More

I want to begin by saying Lake Winnie in the past has been excellent. Over the years we have gone several times but we had not gone in a while and we wanted to experience Lake Winnie for my Daughters 6th Birthday. 7 of us went together on Friday May 25th and as we have in the past brought a... My family used to go here at least twice a year for many years when I was younger. I have not gotten to go back after I left the military and look forward to seeing the place again this year. More

This is one of my favorite places to take my kids too. It is fairly affordable. If I recall, you don't have to pay if you don't plan on using the attractions. Lots to do for younger and older kids and the adults will probably feel nostalgic. The park is small enough that you are not overwhelmed. You can bring... More

My 5 year old twin boys and my Father and his husband visited Lake Winnie on May 6. It was a great day to go because it was very uncrowded. The thing that stood out to me on this visit was the staff. They were all super friendly and nice to us and my kids. A woman running the duck... More

For a great day with the family in a small park....you can't beat this. I have been each year for the past 3 years and am sure that this tradition will continue as long as I can ride and my Granson wants me there..... More

So me and a group of people from church decided to go to lake Winnie. This was my first time but everyone else had been coming here for years and only had nice things to say about it, until today. The only problem that we had when we first got there was that in order to get the group discount... More

Forget the huge and expensive Six Flag type parks of the last few decades. Lake Winnie, as the locals call it, is not a lot different now that it's been since its beginning in the 1920s. It is a family park with an all-you-can ride fee available. On weekends live musical groups, such as the Confederate Railroad, perform on Saturday... More

It's a small amusement park, but very nice for an afternoon of fun. The Lake makes it a pretty place to visit! More
