Really beautiful view of the Tennessee Gorge aka TN Grand Canyon. It can be a long drive to get to it if you're driving from Raccoon Caverns, as you're driving up and around the mountain through trees and nothing else, and there aren't any restrooms along the drive (except mother nature). Worth the approximate 10 mile trip around the mountain. More

This is all manmade, but boy did they do a lot of stuff! There are literally millions of tons of rock and earth that had to be moved to construct this marvel. The reservoir is huge and the guide told us that they can refill it in only 27 hours. That's amazing! The cost is free. The view is astounding!... More

Not sure if this is something I'd visit if I weren't from Chattanooga, but if you're less than an hour away it's worth it. We went up here for mountain biking trails, which were more intense than I thought they'd be. But the park is very nice and the views are beautiful! More
