Very accommodating. Best way to find it is go to Ben & Jerry's Ice Cream & walk back about 100 feet, or find the... More

Love chattanooga! we walk up and down the streets and take in all the sites from the garden at the Train station to the Aqaurium and antique cars and trucks. Just a qaint town, They even have horse carragie rides tours and they are all so vey southernly nice!

Nice visitor center with all the info you need. Also has a gift shop and restrooms. We were steered to many attractions and it was a very convenient place in town.

The visitors center is located at the terminal for the free shuttle buses, so it's very convenient. The staff seems to have a good grasp of the city's sites and they are very willing to help. They even give you publications that have coupons to help you save a few bucks during your trip!

Roger was very helpful and told us about the free buses, We had difficulty finding a parking lot that had open spots and that would accept payment... More

Stopped at the visitor center before going to the aquarium. Pamela Green was very helpful!!! So was so nice and gave me information about the city. She also answered my questions. Without knowing it, I was standing there talking to her for 20 minutes!
