Everyone knows the song about the Chattanooga Choo Choo and it just seems that this could be so much more. There is the requisite gift shop and the kids can climb all over the engine itself, but there isn't much more to see or do at this location. Worth a quick visit, but don't plan on alot of time here.

Basically this Lamdmatk has been turned into a hotel with a Pizza Parlor Car. The somewhat restored main lobby and hotel bar area were interesting, but... More

If your in Chattanooga, you almost have to go see this, just to say you saw it. This is not a big display, but interesting non-the-less.

This attraction is rather rundown I understand that it is going to have money spent on various parts.

My kids LOVED getting their Engineer hats from the gift shop and pretending to be chugging down the tracks! It was great to see their imagination run wild!

We have a car show here every year. This year our room had been renovated, but still needed attention. The light switch in the bathroom had about 1/2 hole all the way around the cover. Only one restaurant was open just for breakfast only. Our Building only had hot water. The building where our friends stayed only had cold water.... More

This place is full of history and felt like I was stepping back in time . I invistioned being back when they had trains running trough there . I didn't stay at the hotel there so I don't know how that is. I stopped by after visiting the still house micro distillery. I loved the trains but only could go... More

The main attraction, of course, is the restored 1909 Chattanooga choo Choo, but there other old , trains, sleepers, and cars on display, for you to enjoy. There is also a Hotel, Model Train Museum, and gift shop, on the premises, I am...
