Great views and beautiful scenery.

Great place. Some displays a little cheesy- ok for kids I guess. Employees we encountered were very friendly and helpful!

We had a beautiful clear day to tour the area. We finally got to See Rock City! The rock formations are amazing. If you are claustrophobic there are several tight spaces to walk through but so worth the effort to push through that. Gorgeous view from the top of Lookout Mountain. Definitely a fun thing to do for all ages... More

If you get the opportunity, catch the bird of prey show. Informative and entertaining. Very nice bonus to a wonderful little place. Enjoyable place to spend a morning or afternoon. Beautiful plants, awesome views, great for the kids, too.

My husband and I loved lookout mountain. We did the incline, rock city, ruby falls and battle of Chattanooga. Battle of Chattanooga had beautiful views of the city from three different sides of the mountain. Would be a perfect place to picnic with kids or eat while watching the sunset.

Beautiful day and while the parking lot was packed, it never felt crowded. Even though this is our 3rd time at Rock City in 4 years, the views are still gorgeous and stunning and our 4 boys still love the entire walk and fairy land.

The view from the top is spectacular, neat museum and a true monument to the North and South who fought there. One would never guess it had been a place of death and war. RIP

I am a Civil War re-enactor. Visiting CW sites is a must for me. When you look at Lookout Mountain imagine Hooker's troops fighting their way up the steep slopes of the mountain. This is a beautiful area. The little info center was nice and the woman there was well informed. Not as spectacular as Shiloh; but attractive in it's... More

Beautiful views. Be sure and carry plenty of water if you visit during the summer because it is a little warm.

It was a little pricey but worth it for the amazing views. You are allowed to bring your dog and it has a moderate amount of stairs and some tight spaces. There is also a Starbucks right next to entrance/exit! Bonus! It was our favorite activity in Chattanooga!

I liked everything about it. It's a short ride from town. The climb up is really easy. And the views and activities (Ruby Fall as an example) are really nice. If in the area this is a must see thing to do.
