When driving across South Dakota on Rt 90, there isn't too much to see besides billboards for the Corn Palace in the eastern part of the state and billboards for Wall Drug in the western part of the state. Since rest stops are necessary, you might as well take them at these places. But every time I've stopped at Wall... More

Finally stopped at Wall Drug after hearing about it for a good part of my life. It was nice, cute and quaint - fun to spend some time in, I enjoyed old books they had at a discounted price!

This is a must see if you going out this direction. It just holds a nostalgic feeling to it. It is like a five and dime years ago.

We were looking for a place to eat breakfast. While driving along I-90 in South Dakota, we saw many billboards advertising Wall Drug. I'm so glad we decided to give it a try. The food was great. The coffee was great. The tourist shops were fun, but had we not stopped here we wouldn't have visited The Badlands. That side... More

If you like shopping in tourist traps, this place is for you! Plan to spend at least half a day, maybe more if the wife and mother-in-law are along, looking in all the different themed stores. I was most interested in the western store but after that.... They did have some neat restaurants with good food. There is also a... More

This mega emporium has a great story behind it, but at this point it's basically a bunch of shops strung together. It's a cute place if you like that sort of thing, but otherwise it's not worth more than a quick hour or less.

Driving along I90 you don't see many billboards until you get close to Wall, SD. Then every 10 minutes or so, there are old tractor trailers sitting in fields advertising this place for fresh pies, donuts, coffee and free water. A tourist hole in the wall to say the least! We bit and went to visit. Wall has a great... More

We spent the night in Wall, SD on a recent trip to Montana. Went to Walls Drug the next morning. Wish we had had more time to explore this place as it was pretty big, with lots to look at. Had their coffee for .5 cents a cup, not very good.....the only negative thing I'd have to say about this... More

For hundreds of miles we seen the billboards leading up to this place. 2 girls on a road trip from Canada across the states we were excited to see the billboards and get to this place. Its definitely a busy place- lots of people, cars, buses. Lots to see I almost felt like I was in a different world/era. Great... More
