This is the ultimate tourist trap. It is a one-stop opportunity to find any and every kind of souvenir, do-dad or trinket you could ever imagine. We had a great time looking at it all and watching the people. We loved it. There is no cost unless you buy something. We had a 5-cent coffee and a piece of pie... More

I remember going here frequently as a child and teen. It has changed in the past forty years and has all sorts of separate stores that I don't recall and it enormous now. We were able to pick up a couple of items we needed and one we didn't, the moccasins are priced really well here and I had to... More

Didn't expect such a fun store to wander around in and find fun trinkets. Looking forward to another visit sometime soon...

Yes its a tourist trap, yes it has tacky souvenirs, yes its a bit pricey, but its fun and kids love it and at least it cuts the monotony of the drive. 5 cent coffee and free water does not get any better.

Travelled with my kids to South Dakota and we stopped by this area since we saw hundreds of signs along the highway. The history surrounding the beginning of this stopover 80+ years ago is very cool. The kids loved playing & taking pictures with the fun props in the courtyard. Lots of souvenir shops in this strip & a couple... More

Stopped because we had been in the car forever. Too complicated to find anything. This place was a maze. Lots of shops, really wished their was some quicker food. Food cart would have been awesome. Ended up leaving quickly after some chachkis, a photo opp, and a squished penny. Whole place was pretty clean just not really the quick stop... More

Stopped at Wall Drug to see what all the commotion was about. Billboards advertised it for miles. It was just a large drugstore and several other shops and restaurants along a 1-2 block strip . Each was crammed with tacky souvenirs. Ate one of our worst burgers ever at the restaurant /diner across the street. Black Hills Grill. What a... More

We visited Wall Drug when traveling through South Dakota and it was interesting to see all the shops. Everyone was very friendly. We were disappointed that the donut shop was closed as well as a few other little shops that a person would like to try a taste after all the hype along the interstate. We did however purchase some... More

We saw signs for it for probably 200 miles before we got there. They sell lots of things from food, boots, t shirts, jewelry, ice cream. There's just not a lot of other places out there any way so why not stop and see what it's all about? They have a "backyard" that has some photo opportunities like a huge... More
