And most of that overpriced stuff is junk! Probably the worst Tourist Trap we've ever seen. I suppose stopping is necessary because it's known far and wide and obviously Wall has a great marketing staff. If you must stop, take a fast walk thru the connected shops (about the only interesting shop was for camping stuff and we're definitely not... More

Lots of stores very fun to walk around. If you Are looking for a special souvenir this is the place to look! We enjoyed seeing all the unique items. I had no idea how big it would be there is also a backyard area with funny statues for the kids to sit on or adults. Probably wouldn't go back but... More

Had to try the hot beef sandwich again. Its always one of our must do's whenever we are in the area. and again, it did not disappoint. Our visit to the Black Hills is never complete without a visit to Wall Drug, and we believe many visitors are in our company.

After the disappointment of the Corn Palace, I was fearfull of another tourist trap, but this place is great. Overpriced goods, but what a place to window shop. Bought a couple of T-shirts and had dinner and lost track of about four hours. Cool place with tons of history (even if it *is* kitsch history)

So you will see signs for Wall Drug hundreds of miles before you get to Wall. So you think you must go there to see what the hoopla is all about. It was a good break in our road trip but I didn't see the appeal. There is a couple of blocks of tourists shops around the drug store so... More

They do a great job with all the billboards making you want to stop and check out this place. I guess it is an iconic stop when seeing the Badlands and Black Hills area of South Dakota. It was worth seeing I guess, but nothing but a large, poorly organized, nick-knack store. Also be sure and check out the reviews... More

Just HAD to stop at Wall to see the drug store...how could we not? Great marketing scheme. It was fun just to see so we could say we'd been there when everyone else who's been there mentions it. Would probably stop in again if we head up to the Badlands again just because it's the big stop between the Badlands... More

Ok, I'll give you that it's the largest drug (variety) store in the world but it's nothing but a crowded, over priced tourist trap. There isn't anything there that you can't buy elsewhere in South Dakota & everything is priced higher than I saw in other stores.

OMG...I cannot believe what an incredible rip-off this place is. I should have been expecting that when they advertise that their cafe can seat 530 people. I've never seen so many ways to part people from their money. It makes Disney, 6 Flags, and Silver Dollar City look like charitable institutions.
