As you travel west on I-90 out of Sioux City, you will see hilarious signs inviting you to visit Wall Drug in Wall, SD. I had seen it on TV some time ago, so I had a sense that it was enormous and had a little of everything. Well, enormous is not close to big enough to describe Wall Drug,... More

I believe this is hailed as the largest and most well known drug store in the US and possibly the world! If you need it they probably have it here. There are many shops within shops. There is a cafeteria and don't forget the 5 cent coffee. Somewhat of a tourist trap but also something to check off your list.

Quite a unique store. It is not only for souvenir shopping. They have groceries and staple items. They have a restaurant . Pretty cool drug store and very reasonable prices.

Tourist trap, lots of trinkets/junk, but worth a visit. i have been here three times and still haven't seen all the little shops and stores. It's more crowded in summer with an almost carnival atmosphere. A few things I enjoyed here are: many large wooden carvings, buffalo burgers at the cafe, black hills gold-jewelry, historical memorabilia, every souvenir known to... More

What a fun place to visit. They really do have the free ice water and 5 cent coffee. Lots of shops to buy fine merchandise and great souveniers. Fun activities for kids, loads of places to take your selfies and family pix. History of the drug store and South Dakota is everywhere. Plan on spending most of the day there.... More

We made it out of there with only one purchase. Amazing fudge! Find the $5.99 store across the street. Everything for $5.99.

If you are in to cheap tourists trinkets or western art work, this is the stop for you. It wasn't our type of place. The homemade donuts were good, but wouldn't recommend stopping unless you just want to stretch before moving on.

Too much fun at this travel stop. Not much else to see or do in Wall but you could spend way too much time in Wall Drug. Everything you could imagine (or not imagine). Very kitschy and touristy! Don't miss out on the FREE WATER!

Talk about a tourist trap ...... STUFF out the wazoo! Over a block long going form one trinket shop to another without having to go outside. In fairness they do offer free coffee and a donut to veterans but their coffee is still regularly only 5 cents. This is the largest "drug store" in the world.

We saw the signs and had time so decided to check it out. We are surprised to find a huge store that was one section after another of shops, places to eat and interesting memorabilia from the area. There were things for fun photo opts like a big roaring dinosaur, a buffalo, etc.
