Oh my why! I've been in brew houses all over the country, this place circles the drain. Service, price, grub, give me a break. What a bummer experience for an outstanding setting. Hope they figure it out.

I will start by staying that the beer is Fantastic.......but you have to order at the bar, and they have no food, so don't go there expecting to have food with your beer. There wasn't even pizza available. They are also a bit hard to find if you are not from the area, not a lot of signage. Awesome beer... More

We stopped here on our way to Rapid City. They were serving pizzas this particular night and had four to choose from. We elected to share a sampler. Their beer is really good. I enjoyed the Pile o Dirt Porter and the Mariner the most. The Mariner is made with Old Bay seasoning. They have a great setup. A nice... More

We made a quick stop before heading home before a big storm hit. When we walked in, there was only 3 customers at the bar so we grabbed a table. After sitting for several minutes looking at the chalkboard behind the bar that listed about 5 choices, we finally noticed a smaller sign to the left that said to order... More

I like places that don't have the distractions of TVs all over. I like focusing on good conversation, good beer, and great scenery. This places serves them all. We've been before, about 2 years ago, and I'm happy to see it is busier than it was then. I definitely recommend sidling up to the bar to talk about the beer... More

This is by far the best micro brewery in South Dakota. There are a couple of micro brews within Black Hills area but this one is by far the best with Miner Brewing probably a close second.

Crow Peak Brewery is a great place to grab a local beer with friends. I have really enjoyed their beer selection, which has gotten more varied lately. I always appreciate a beer list that isn't dominated by super-bitter IPAs. They certainly have a few of those if that's your thing, but there really is something for everyone. Usually the lite... Good Beer and interesting conversations with the Bartender and locals at the Bar. They also had a nice selection of swag for sale.

One of our travel companions loves Microbreweries, so we added this to the list of things see and do. We did! Got a few flights of beer some popcorn and went to the upper deck to enjoy the afternoon. Still another great stop

We seek out microbreweries everywhere we travel and always do some homework before arriving in a new place. Crow Peak was on our list of must visits in South Dakota but I must say we were a little disappointed. From checking out the website we were expecting a friendly reception and some enthusiastic conversation about the beers on tap. We... More
