This venue has some great live shows in its larger and smaller halls. It also has a "cinedome" theater, which used to run shows on massive reals. It was a fun experience -- as flying, diving, racing, or whatever the show would display. I understand they swapped that system for a "fish eye" digital lens, which was a huge disappointment... I have attended concerts and art shows and have gone to the children's science center and the cine-dome. Every time I am in awe! No seat is a bad seat at the concerts and the sound is wonderful. The cine-dome is so cool for watching a movie, with the half dome screen, you are literally put in the movie. The... More

So, the plus: this is a beautiful venue in a wonderful location. There's lots nearby, and plenty to see and do there. My boys (ages 5 and 8) loved the science museum and Imax theater, and spent several hours there -- longer than I planned. The employees were universally friendly and looked thrilled to have people there. My boys' favorite... More

There are many exhibits for kids to see and many are interactive. They have informative programs during the day. The tornado was a favorite with my grandkids.

Many great exhibits for young and old alike, Nice gift shop and restaurant. Our favorite venue for great music is the auditorium, seats around 2,500 and not a bad seat in the house.

We originally went here to see the Tornado Alley video on the big screen (my daughter is obsessed with tornadoes) and decided to buy the tickets to the science museum, and we were pleasantly surprised, and ended up spending a lot longer there than we meant to. I took away one star because there were many exhibits that were down... More

Hi Melanie! Thanks so much for sharing your Washington Pavilion experience. We're glad to hear you and your daughter had a great time at the Wells Fargo CineDome, Kirby Science Discovery Center and Leonardo's Cafe. We came here to see Arlo Guthrie on his Alice's restaurant tour. The venue was perfect. There wasn't a bad seat in the house, the acoustics were good and there were plentiful bathrooms - rare at a concert!
