The recently renovated Cathedral is visually stunning both inside and out. It's 100 year old history can be told in a guided tour or self guided tour. Come in the main, east entrance for the greatest visual impact. It's awesome gothic interior inspires praise. Don't miss the small chapel of the Blessed Sacrament accessible only from the west entrance.

Unreal beauty and architecture. One of the strongest most incredible vibes I have ever felt in my life. We were alone the entire time and the silence and feeling was amazing. I could go on forever...simply a must see when visiting sioux falls. Very impressed.

I loved the stained glass windows and the statues. The marble was amazing. It was true Art. The steps are grand. There are several places to sit and meditate. The ceilings are very high and it is very clean.

Beautiful cathedral. It was closed when we stopped by after visiting Falls Park and doing the art walk in downtown. However, the priest came out and was speaking to us all. Wonderful to see this sitting up on the hill when visiting the area. Loved it and will return.

Glad we visited. The cathedral was closed to visitors but the priest happened to be there & was gracious enough to let us in to look around. They keep it locked due to vandalism in the past so be sure to check hours. Worth a visit when in town! Wonderful for architect/religious art buffs and a great place to pray.

As one marvels at the beauty of Falls Park and looks to the distance, he is ingrigued by the spires of the Cathedral-hopefully enough to venture over and visit. Don't just view from the outside, step in. This newly restored Cathedral is awe inspiring not only for the sheer size but also the interior. The day we visited there were... More

Driving around Sioux Falls, you can see the Cathedral rising above the buildings in the distance. Up close it is even more majestic. The architecture on the outside is beautiful. The interior is even more stunning. Very well lit through the stained glass windows. A must see if you are in Sioux Falls.

I am not Catholic but I have visited this building and it is one of the most beautiful churches I have ever been in. Almost makes me want to join when I see such respect for the creator by making him such a beautiful building.
