What a wonderful, beautiful park! We were in town for a basketball tournament, so we quickly stopped between games to check out the falls. Since it was a quick stop, the next time we are in the area, we plan on spending a chunk of time there to explore more of the park. The falls are not huge, but are... More

I've been visiting this location since I was a little girl. From jumping rock to rock as a child, to walking through lighted trees at Christmas time, to watching laser light shows at night across the water, there's a lot of memories to be made.

I have visited Falls Park a few times while in town. Being from the East, my initial expectation was larger/taller waterfalls but this is still a must see when in Sioux Falls. The park is clean and safe, there are several observation points including bridges, a tower and some properly placed benches. I visited once during the Christmas and they... More

Just can't beat the beauty of the falls. The lights and music lend a perfect setting to the natural wonder of the setting.

The park view changes day to day based on the water going over the falls. There are safe areas to scramble about and scary areas to keep children away from.

As far as city parks go, this one beats many of them with its rushing falls and nice rock formations. It just seemed like something this beautiful should be in the middle of nature, so seeing it surrounded by cityscape was a little odd. Not bad, just different... the city views around it sort of take away from the natural... More

This park was a real find during my holiday business trip. I walked both in the daylight and the darkness on the Riverwalk and felt safe the entire time. The Christmas light display was beautiful! So many people just drove through, never getting out of their car. They missed the real beauty of the falls, and the city. The view... More
