I love to go to Falls Park and I love to take visitors there. The City of Sioux Falls has made our city's namesake something to truly be proud of. The park is beautiful and the paved paths enable the visitor to see the Falls from every angle. The tower really allows a 'birds eye view' of the Falls, the... More

We nearly missed this as it's not well sign posted but we did decide to find it early in the morning as we left the city. It was magical with the falls at the end of the town. Easy to see why the settlers made amp here and decided to stay! More

Best kept tourist secret! Outstanding falls and rocks in this 10,000 year-old river. Beautiful venue with walking paths and bridges. Sit in one of the many benches, watch and listen to the falls and watch your blood-pressure drop! Gotta' do this! More

Made this first stop after a long journey. Good free parking. Nice to walk around and read the history of the Falls. The free Trolley Bus picks up every 30 mns so caught bus got off after a couple of stops and walked the fantastic Sculpture trail very easy walk in Downtown. Lots of sculptures and you could pick up... More

Looked nice even on a cloudy day. A little hard to get to but I may have made a wrong turn. Would like to return and see the laser light show at night. Definite Must see. More

After reading many reviews I was not expecting much at all when we visited Sioux Falls Park. It was very nice and relaxing! There is no other city that can boast of such beautiful falls with a park like setting in the middle of town. You barely notice the run down factories that some reviewers had commented about. This is... More

This is a very nice place to spend a few hours, lots of paths & lookouts & bridges so you can do a loop and walk both sides of the river. It was very clean and there were lots of people out enjoying it when I visited. The only disappointment -- the cafe/restaurant was closed. More

Surprisingly, you can climb all around on the rocks around the Falls and on the 1.5 Billion! year old pink bedrock. The visitor center has a tower with views all over town and there's a cafe with an outdoor porch ... but watch the hours, it closed early in the off season. More
