Good Food, Unique Experience

This show was pretty good. The food is "chuckwagon style" which is a bit unique in nature. You eat cowboy on the range style food kinda of like camping. After dinner you get... read more

we all sat in a huge room with high ceiling and with long wooden benches and tables, In the second week of September, in the evening, the weather was cold and so was the room. We queued up to get some food on metal plates, but the food was cold too and in small amounts. The show was reasonably good,... More

As a family, we do chuckwagons whenever we can on road trips, and this was an excellent addition to our memories! It isn't huge, which is nice. The smaller crowds give you more time with the performers. They call folks up on stage and the performers were excellent. The food is standard chuckwagon fare but the staff is wonderful and... More

Flying T is closed. There is a dinosaur museum there now. I have not tried the museum yet. Looks a little rough from the road - doors are open, no AC?

Even though this is similar it's still worth going to. The entertainment and food is good and it's just a fun way to spend an evening!

For kids. Or folks that want some nostalgia. I've taken guests who wanted to go to something like this, but I wouldn't go there on my own. The little kids like to 'pan for gold' and the pony rides, but...I was bored. Didn't care for the music or the food, but - I wouldn't judge it by my opinion. The... More

I went there with a group and did not know what to expect. The outside area that we walked thru before the show was very touristy. The actual show was great and the food was very good.

The Flying T was recommended by our host at the motel and it turned out to be a excellent choice. Delicious churckwagon dinner of buffalo stew, chicken and biscuits and a vegetable dish, cornbread, coleslaw and blackberry dessert, all served on tin plates. The music is excellent, the musicians are very talented. I took my 80-something parents and they loved... More
