After driving for 3 days from Toronto we stopped at the state info centre and picked up a couple of guide books. We are very happy we decided to let someone else do the driving for the very important visit to Mount Rushmore. The whole day way a joy and Matt or guide was terrific. We know we would have... More

We chose this tour based on previous reviews, and we were very glad we did. The tour itself was wonderful... Matt gave us lots of information and made the day fun and informative. We had enough time at each stop. The movie set town is also interesting, and don't miss the movie exhibit in the tour office. We did have... More

We did the "Mount Rushmore Tour Package" for $99 each. It was well worth it for several reasons. It includes two meals (dinner includes a western music show) and all entry fees to everything. All you have additional is lunch. The Web site for the tour (http://mountrushmoretours.com/Tours/mount-rushmore-tour-package.html) details the itinerary. Matt Pates was our bus driver and gave a wonderful... More

We almost didn't take the tour because we usually like to decide where and how long we will visit sites. Thankfully we decided to take the 9 hour Mount Rushmore Tour which included the Black Hills, Custer State Park, Crazy Horse, Mount Rushmore and Sylvan Lake (for lunch). Our tour guide/driver, Dan, was awesome! We drove thru tunnels, hair pin... More

Our host at the Holy Smoke Resort in Keystone, SD suggested and booked our (four sorority sisters from AZ) tour with the Fort Hays “Mount Rushmore Tours”. This 9-hour tour, two meals and show was awesome. Our tour guide Matt was very knowledgeable, witty and courteous. This tour encompassed everything from Mt. Rushmore to Custer State Park through the Needles... More

Mount Rushmore Tours is a wonderful way to tour the area when your stay is short. Their new busses are wonderful for a 30ish group. Matt Platte was our driver and he was knowledgable and fun. Coming back to the Fort for our Chuckwagon Dinner and Show was a great way to end a beautiful day. We had a great... More

This trip has been on my "bucket list" for years. My husband & I had so much fun. We not only saw Mt Rushmore, the beauty of the Black Hills, Custer's NationL Park, & Crazy Horse Memorial, but we had an excellent driver. Dan was courteous, knowledgeable, & very entertaining. The passengers on the full bus were also fun to... More
