History kind of breaks my fascination with this tour. Not sure I would return. Did have outstanding artists.

All Americans should visit this fantastic place. Study the true history and you will be proud. This was one of our best trips ever. Make sure you drive to all the attractions in the big area. Custer state park etc.

My Husband and I visited during their "Off Season" which starts in September, I'm assuming. We visited the Mountain on a Thursday. Light traffic not too many tour buses. Didn't take long to get through the entrance which was $11 per car and the ticket is good all year. Very easy to find parking. View was amazing and the Park... More

Traveled to South Dakota just to visit Mt. Rushmore and got not only the vacation I expected but much more. First, Mt. Rushmore lived up to all its glory. The weather was perfect on the days we visited the monument (one visit during the day and another visit during the lighting ceremony at night). We were able to take an... More

When we arrived, the President's were shrouded in heavy low clouds. Several visitors turned around disgusted commenting that it wasn't fair that they came so far and failed to see the monument. We waited 30 minutes and the clouds lifted. The "revealing of the monument was awe inspiring. The crowds were down, and that was great. I was emotionally moved... More

This was a dream come true for me to actually see Mt. Rushmore with my own eyes in person. I was actually in Bismarck for business and had an extra day of free time. Accidentally I found out I was only 5 hours away from this monument to America. Since I was alone I wasn't sure how I would accomplish... More

The Mount Rushmore Black Hills Gold showroom and factory are co-located in a building on Rt 16 just south of Rapid City. During the first day we visited the showroom there was a sign indicating factory tours were offered at 0815, 0915, 1015, etc. Since we had other sightseeing plans that day we went back the following morning to make...
