My husband played it. He says it's a beautiful course, but just make sure you can hit the ball where you want it to go, otherwise you loose a lot of balls, so it's a tough course to play on. You need a cart, too hard to walk this course.

This is a challenging course (stay in the fairway) with beautiful scenery. Lots of hills - I wouldn't want to walk it. Very well maintained. Kids 12 and under play FREE with an adult, although I wouldn't recommend it for beginners. Our 11 year old has been golfing for 5 years and he did okay. The course is lovely. We... More

What a beautiful course! It is not a course for the beginner golfer, but for the guys, it was impressive.

very well groomed challenging course with plenty of open Tee times and a great clubhouse. Burgers in the pub are outstanding.

My in-laws live just outside rapid city and we make sure to play red rock every visit if the weather suits us. The course is tough if you are not in the fairway, but low scores are possible if you are putting well. Better ride unless your in great shape, because its hilly and all over and through the black... Very good course. Well kept and the feeling your in the Hills. Even though it's on the edge of town. A little more money than the other courses in town but worth it. Busy as any course during the summer.

Well maintained championship level course. Great Course. The greens were very smooth and the track was challenging and fun. Its a hilly course with some great holes.

Very difficult but fair. Tough when windy. Staff is very accomodating and friendly. If you are golfing in Rapid City this is a must play.

The beauty of the golf course includes the layout and view from of the Black Hills from many of the holes. This is our home course, however in our travels we find that there truly is no place like home...your home course of course!
