My Mom and I stopped with 2 boys and would have gotten a cold shoulder at any other winery. The staff was very nice. Helped us pick the wine we liked (free samples) and interacted with the kids. The wine is very good and they have an awesome selection. We are repeat customers!

Great experience! Beautiful facility. Our wine-tasting server was very knowledgeable and customer-oriented. We enjoyed a glass of wine on the patio - a very pleasant and relaxing experience. We are from Texas; we will stop by the Prairie Berry Winery next time we're in the area!

This was our first time vacationing in South Dakota. We saw the Prairie Berry Winery signs and decided to add it to our "to do" list. I am so glad we did! The wine tasting was awesome, lunch was extremely good and the staff was wonderful! It was one of the highlights of our week and would encourage you to... More

Great wine and great employees. Free tasting. You must try the Red A** Rhubarb you would be surprised how good. Also try there jams. Did not have any non-alcoholic drinks for the kids.

We stopped here between Crazy Horse Monument and Spearfish, SD. You can choose something like 5 wines to sample. We liked them all and ended up purchasing some to bring home.

I try to get to Prairie Berry Winery at least once a year when I visit family in Rapid City. The staff is always very welcoming and helpful. Carrie was a fabulous "taster" bar person...full of great information and fun to interact with. Parking is easy and the facility is large enough for quite a large number of folks yet... More

Wonderful place to stop in the black hills area. The free wine tasting is exceptional! Our server was so knowledgeable and friendly. Also make sure to have some lunch it is very good. We went home with a case of assorted south Dakota wines. Very good value. Well worth the stop.

We stopped here during our visit to the Black Hills. They offer free wine tasting which is a bonus. They have some very different wines that you won't find at other wineries. Will definitely be back!

We are so very glad that we stopped at this fun location! They have many billboards around the area, so it was hard to miss. This is a 5th-generation brewery and winemaker, and it is obvious! They have their customer service down to a tee. You can sample up to 5 of their many wines, with great professional explanation and... More

We saw the billboards about Rhubarb Raspberry Wine and stopped at the winery on the way back from Deadwood. We enjoyed our visit trying different wines and ended up sending a case back home. The Rhubarb Raspberry Wine was the best!
