During a military reunion in September, a handful of us visited Saloon #10 in Deadwood. This is the place touted as the location where Wild Bill Hickok was gunned down by the assassin Jack McCall. Actually, the real location is across the street but this place has been drawing tourists for years based on the Wild Bill legend. It's a... More

We came to dance, have some drinks and have fun. This place was packed with lots of people dancing and a live band. We had a great time here and would go back.

It was fun to be involved in their reenactment of the killing of Wild Bill. Very entertaining. Great service and fun atmosphere.

This saloon, in the idle of town, has friendly staff and reasonable prices. There is a restaurant upstairs that has decent food too! It is one of the few places with blackjack tables open during the day (and only $3 minimums) We met some fun people and the dealers were great. It is the ONLY place in town with adult... More

Saloon No. 10 is an historic location for those who love the old west! Actors portray Wild Bill and his death scene at specific times in the saloon. We ate there on the roof top dining area in the open air and overlooked the town. The food was pretty good. They have Wild Bills Death Chair in a glass case... More

Incredible atmosphere, friendly staff, cheap drinks; so what more could you ask for. They do re-enactments from the murder of Wild Bill in the saloon, which is also a "must see". We were there for 8 days, and spent an hour inside each day.

Saloon 10 and ex brothel is a great example of the old west architecture. Lot of interesting history and a very impressive and diverse menu. I had the Buffalo ravioli and it was fantastic. As an appetizer we had the smoked salmon which was also great. It was right on main street in Deadwood.

Deadwood the town was made famous to us by our fascination with the story told through the eyes of many on the mini series "Deadwood". We might have just driven on by but the highway was long and we all needed a break. So we turned off the main road and headed into history. Once in town we decided to... More
