Very crowded and smokey! It would have been fun had the children been able to find a seat in order to hear the tale of Wild Bill. Service was slow but friendly. I was surprised to see kids running around in a real bar. I suggest going during the week and at off times. more
I just got back to Winnipeg, Canada today from the Black Hills. The 68th Sturgis Motorcycle Rally was incredible and pictures do not do it justice. You need to hear the constant rumbling of thousands of bikes in order to fully appreciate the experience!. Really fun place, with a band on the evening we were there waiting for dinner at the Social Club upstairs. The gambling is fun, the atmosphere is wild and fun. Be sure to spend some time at this fun spot more
Just got Back from South Dakota today and Loved every minute of Deadwood. The re-enactment of the Wild Bill shooting, the capture of Jack Mc Call, and the Trial of Jack Mc Call, was excellent. The entire event is Free unless you put in a donation, Which I suggest these actors are amazing and are in character all day through... more
What a cool place. The bar was great - good service, they had a band that was rocking the house, everyone was having a good time - and you can just sit there and stare at all the antiques, pictures, Wild Bills Chair that he was shot in... cool little barrel chairs and tables, play black jack and poker in... more
Just returned from Deadwood. We had a terrific time at Saloon #10. What a fun place that is... the blackjack dealers were the best... they were alot of fun and very helpful... We checked out all the blackjack tables in Deadwood, but kept coming back to #10. thanks.. more
When on a family vacation to Mt. Rushmore we (4 adults/5 kids ages 7-13) stopped in Deadwood, SD to see the infamous Saloon #10.
