We walked into the salon and will ordering a beer, in walks Wild Bill Hickok! After chatting about things to do in Deadwood, he invited us to the back area where we witnessed a reenactment of Wild Bill's assassination. Great fun & entertainment for the price of a drink!

Not good,#10 not the original, that is across the street and wasn't even open. What gives? This was a slot and gambling joint. Do not come here. Deadwood is only a slots and gambling town now, not for tourists at all.

Having the history it does I had higher expectations. We just walked it and it seemed like just another bar and restaurant. We didn't stay for food or a drink, so I can't rate that, but I was expecting more. Nothing bad to say, but its not a must see.

Awesome bar with too much whiskey and slots. Crack bands play. Awesome staff. Great place for a drink before or after the social club.

Not the original location of the famous Saloon #10 where Wild Bill Hickock was killed but it has some great old original pictures of Deadwood that are worth seeing. They also some some pretty good bands in a small fun setting. This place is in the middle of downtown Deadwood.

Figured it would have had more history to it, was a little less of what I thought it would be. Lady that gave the downstairs tour was funny, but was in to much of a hurry.

On a cross country motorcycle trip, I'd planned to sped one night in Deadwood. I'd had so much fun at #10 the first night, that I opted to homemade out of Celebrity Hotel for 3 nights and drank each night at #10. Bar tenders are great, very friendly crowd, good live music each night I was there. Highly recommended.
