Kevin Costner's Midnight Star Casino/Bar/Restaurant, is spectacular. If you love movies, you will love this place. Great costumes and photos from his movies. Food was really good in the bar. We even got a chance to see the beautiful restaurant on the top floor. It was absolutely beautiful.

You can spend hour's just looking at all of Kevin Costner's Movie Costume's, etc. The 3rd floor restaurant is great and the food is very good. He sometimes stop in, but I've never been lucky enough to be there yet.

We always start here at the bar. Chicken strips and calamari to pad the belly pre-night out. The bartender was super friendly and chill and knew a lot of info about not only the establishment but the area. Kevin Costner's movie costumes adorn the walls and make for interesting looking. Great place b

We enjoyed the Reuben and several local beers. Good prices on both. The staff was very attentive and friendly. Nice movie memorabilia too.

one of the few three card poker tables that still and shuffles one deck. A smaller quieter casino away from is your busier places. Walls are filled with Kevin Costner movie memorabilia.

After you digest the Costner connection, then you have to consider that it's a restaurant/bar. Food is average by any standard. Of course, it's a "tourist trap" but what isn't in Deadwood. The salads were decent but the burger and the hot dog (described by the server as large) was below average. The walls are adorned with Costner movie posters,... More

We started at this location for our Deadwood bus tour and returned to see what it was all about. The main floor is the usual casino, but the upper 2 floors have a ton of Kevin Costner memorabilia and the actual costumes he wore in many of his movies. We order an appetizer for a quick lunch and a couple... More

The place is old time, but looks like everything was redone. Nice atmosphere for gambling and looking at Coster's collection of costumes from his movies.

So nice to take the risk and WALK UP THOSE STAIRS! What we found at the top of the stairs was a bar -- separated from the hubbub of all the other bars in town that have turned into merely extensions of casinos! The Midnight Star offered a traditional bar with ambiance AND the added plus is all the memorabilia... More
