Cute, small park. Mostly for campers. Nice facilities and a very short walk to a river view (see posted photos).

This park isn't very big, however there is a nice picnic area, an area to go down to the Edisto River and a camping area. We had a group picnic here and spent the afternoon hiking and exploring the park.

I stayed at the park for one night and overall was pleased. It is a small park that is well maintained with plenty of space between the sites. There are several peaceful places to find quiet time and enjoy the view. Restrooms are clean and provide full services. The ranger and staff member were both excellent! My only disappointment was... Site# 4 is very difficult to back into - due to... More

The whole weekend, which is an annual event in early June, is a blast. I have done it for four years. You are safe, having... More

In an effort to save money and have a little adventure we stopped by this state park to camp on a roadtrip from Maryland to Florida. When we arrived to the park we were pleasantly greeted by the park ranger. The fee to camp was reasonable, around $17. The park had water access for kayaks and canoes but beware a... More
