Would have given this a better review however they allowed a couple to bring in a large dog on a long leash that was barking and wandering it's leash length. We have sever animal pet hair and dander allergies in our family and businesses meet to ask them to tKe the animal out if not a service animal

We did the taste test at the Distillery, next to the Vineyard. I think it was $6.00 for 6 samples and you keep your shot glass. Wasn't thrilled with having to stand the entire time, a stool would have been nice. The samples we had were good and we bought some moonshine and rum there, but later found it was... More

We wanted to spend a day out of the sunshine after being on the beach for several days. We went to visit the Angel Oak tree, and happened upon the distillery. We had never been to one and had no idea what to expect. We met Wanda. She was wonderful! She served us several of her own special drinks as... More

We went specifically after a recommendation from staff at the B&B regarding the lemonade vodka which is only sold at the distillery and not in any liquor stores. The sampling was $6 which included 6 samples and a shot glass to keep. The vodkas were very tasty and my mom liked the flavored moonshine. The after dinner drinks were interesting.... More

Charlotte was incredibly friendly. She gave lots of suggestions and gave you Lots of combos to try. If you like sweets than you won't mind the Southern Accents but if not than don't try them they are super sweet. Stick with Sweet tea vodka, whisky and the Choc Bourban- a must try and for now can only be purchased on... More

"IF" you're nearby - go. It's a neat place to try some locally distilled fun flavors of vodka & moonshine. For $6 you get 6 small pours (which is fine!!) and get a shot glass to keep (which I have no use for hut ok...). It's near the Angel Oak. So stop by if your nearby.

This place was super fun! Our bartender, Mary was so funny and entertaining. She was very knowledgeable; she had so many different recommendations on different ways to mix the drinks. I can't believe it was only $10 for 6 samples. We tried different Vodkas, Whiskeys and Moonshine. It was my 1st time trying Moonshine, and that was an experience in... More

While in Charleston, we made a drive to Wadmalaw Island for the Firefly Distillery. This is a really cool place to go for tasting wine and spirits! They suggest doing the wine first before the distillery. We did not see this sign so we did it backwards. Wanda was our serve at the distillery. She was really cool and would... More

If you're in the Charleston area and looking for something fun to do without breaking the bank...... Well do what we did go to FireFly!!! Wow they have some killer liquor and for $6 taste 6 different kinds and keep the shot glass. Oh and you'll leave with a few bottle or jars of shine!

Small distillary and off the beaten path. for a small fee you can sample different whiskeys and wines that were less than spectacular. The website makes it appear bigger than it actually is and outside of the tastings it really has no attraction worth traveling that far out of the way.
