Great time

While not large we were pleasantly surprised by the exhibits. Definitely worth a trip. Nice variety of local artists and an interesting gift shop.

A really lovely place that is evidence of great culture in Sumter. Local artists show amazing work. Gallery showings are absolutely worth checking out.

Though I have not caught all of the art exhibitions that have come to the gallery, I always have a great time. The atmosphere continues to be warm and welcoming. I have seen many pieces that have been placed on my "to-get" list and I just put a notch in that list with a recent purchase of great art from... More

The exhibits were thought provoking and well staged. The attendant in the gift shop was very helpful and informative.

Best small city art gallery we've ever visited & we've lived in Europe & S. America & travel extensively & we always visit local art galleries. Host varied types of art from across the region and professional as well as exceptional local artists' works. Well curated exhibitions changed approximately 6 times a year.

I enjoyed the exhibit and the helpfulness of the staff. The classes for children in the summer are such an asset to the community.

This small, free county operated art museum has interesting traveling art exhibits and a good museum shop. It is part of a very good county cultural center that has a theater, classes, etc. A very nice experience in this small town.
