Legend Oaks Plantation is so breathtaking it's almost romantic however, Golf is the game I came to play; though I did allow the magnificence and beauty of the course distract me a little in between shots, this beast takes thinking carefully your club and shot choices. Great variety of holes turns this game into sorcery, requiring long drives at times,... More

I have had the pleasure of playing this course over the past several years. It's not the Augusta National, but is a course that is always in very good condition (unless it is flooded from local rain storms (which applies to all courses...that's why that they call this "the low country. :-)

I'm with a large group of senior golfers and this was part of a package. The course is very tricked up with lots of water and hazards. It was very wet when we visited so it was cart path only. This is not set up for CPO! I didn't enjoy the course and it seemed like a lot of work... More

Legend Oaks is a nice course to play in Summerville, SC. The course is forgiving with some wide fairways but also has a few challenging holes. Index Rating is not too difficult and it is well maintained. Nice value for the fees.

My fifth time to play here. People are nice. Greens were in good shape. The course from the Blues is strong. As I am a senior I normally play the whites. A lot more pleasant. Price was fair. GO PLAY.

Greens were redone this spring. They've grown in well and putt smooth. Course seems cramped on a few holes by the housing development, but overall is a fun layout with variety. I prefer wescott plantation to this course, but it's a good alternative.

Played the course recently, was in good condition although the greens were a bit slow, good value, very friendly and the carts are fitted with gps which was great.

My friend and I played Legend Oaks GC during our trip for the Masters 2014. This is a good pretty value golf location with a nice lay-out and an added feature of a variety of wild-life to view (to observe when your golf game is not so hot!). The staff and members were very welcoming and we enjoyed our visit... More

Challenging course but well kept. You will enjoy the experience. They also have other conveniences but I have not utilized those other than the snack bar which was well stocked and the service was good.
