Solid Course Good Value

This is a nice golf course. It's not a flashy design but solid. In good shape, people are nice and the practice facility is very good.

No worries about a bad lie here. Course is immaculate. Everything down in Pawley's Island is beautiful, but that usually comes with condescension and outrageous prices. Not here! Staff was supremely kind and helpful. Probably the quickest round I've ever played too. Pace was never an issue, and my cousin and I were paired with seniors. Even stopping at every... More

5-1/2 hour round. They fill the course and turn their backs. We waited on every shot. EVERY SHOT. Not a marshall to be found. Nice course - but it was a painful experience. I'm not coming back. There's too many other very nice courses to play in South Myrtle Beach.

The course was in great shape. Staff was courteous and helpful. They sent groups off the front and back nine, overloading the course. It took 2:20 to play 12 holes. Last 6 took almost 3 hours. Only play at this course if you have 5 plus hours to spend on the course.

The course is very well maintained. The starters are efficient and the holes offer a very good challenge to all who play.

This course was in great shape...lots of challenge....beautiful fairways. It took close to 5 1/2 hours because there were 2 slow groups in front of us...at one point there were 3 sets of four at the T box and the 2 slow groups were on the par 5 We ended up skipping past them 2 holes and never saw them... Everyone there is great from the cart people not the golf shop. The restaurant as wel..the course is always in good shape. I did hear it is for sale so there was no rangers which slowing play some. They were always right on top of it,since this is a very busy course. It is part of prime time and hope... More

My kids loved playing Tradition. They said it was so much nicer than the MD courses they've played. I'm not a golfer, but my house overlooks the 6th hole. Enjoy watching others play. I'll try it soon!

Nice course in the heart of Pawleys Island, well maintained, fair price and a challenging but fair layout. Women's tee boxes positioned forward of most trouble to allow for a nice couples outing. Staff at course were friendly and helpful
