My family and I found Pawleys Island in August of 03 while staying at a friends condo in Myrtle Beach. We were a little hesitant about visiting Myrtle Beach assumed trailer parkish visitors and garish neon. That does exist, but only in a small area downtown. If u travel just north or south of the immediate downtown area, its great.... more
