A very good show, with an excellent comedian. Lots of variety, but sort of stays clear of its country roots. If you like a country, The Carolina Opry (TCO) is your best bet. Colorful costumes. The MC is a little overworked, but talented. If you are seeing this show and TCO, see this show first then TCO. I think you... More

Not too bad but is due for a remodel to remain a viable attraction in the area. Sat in balcony and was very cramped.

This is a great show! Something for every one! Ricky Morkel, the comedian, is really great, family oriented and makes every one laugh out loud. The ventriloquist and his dog are somewhat of a novelty, but the comedy does not compare. The show is always a good one!

This was a fun and friendly show. The comedian was great, the singing and dancing was entertaining. The theatre was fine and the location was nice. We would recommend this place if you are staying in the Myrtle Beach / North Myrtle Beach area.

There is no weak link in the non-stop parade of singers, dancers and other entertainment that is packed into the current show of the Alabama Theater. The staging, costuming and overall production properly supports the quality of talent presented each night for your enjoyment. Ricky Mokel (aka Grant Turner) is a hoot! who knows stuff too!

The performances are always very good. We just happened to pick a time when Josh Turner was there. He puts on a full-length show with no intermission and it is ALL him & his band. Anyway, Alabama Theatre is a nice place with comfortable seating and so much more fun (as far as I am concerned anyway) than House of... More

Planned to see the show and glad we did, ONE the SHOW was our choice. All the acts were great, but Ricky was a hit with us. He really fits in well and keeps the crowd laughing with witty comments and his point of view about life. Sounded like all enjoyed the performances and we will look for another show... More

Alabama Theater has an amazing group of performers who sing, dance, etc. A very wholesome show, with reasonable prices
