Enjoyed browsing the shops, had some good food (and drink) and enjoyed strolling outdoors in the beautiful weather.

We visited Barefoot Landing on a weekday in October. It was not busy at all. We almost had the place to ourselves. But it was quaint and picturesque. We enjoyed leisurely walking through the shops and across the bridges over the water. They have muskoka chairs and rockers situated throughout, so that if you get tired or just want to... More

This place is not as big as Broadway at the Beach, but is nice to walk around and see the unique shops. They also have a pond with bridges and walkways and big fish to feed. Some places are closed for the season, but again won't have to fight crowds. For me it was a very pleasant experience.

Has a lot of walking, you park on one side of lake and shops are around it. So if you can't walk a lot you will be moving your car to the other side. Great places to eat, from high end to low..

This is a good place to walk around - many different shops and restaurants scattered on various boardwalks.

Barefoot Landing is filled with many little shops to purchase souvenirs and gifts! Then when you're finished, you can eat at one of the many wonderful restaurants!

We were shocked at the state of Barefoot Landing. Over half of the stores are closed and it is just sad. We were here 2 years ago and it was nothing like this. One shopkeeper (going out of business) said 2012 was very bad and 2013 wasn't much better. Too bad - hope it can come back.
