Barefoot Landing basically combines an outdoor mall concept, with a boardwalk atmosphere and features long walking bridges across a portion of the Intercoastal Waterway in Myrtle Beach. Plenty of Restaurants (try Umberto's for great Italian) and shopping opportunities. My wife spent a half an hour feeding the turtles (which was considerably cheaper than it would have been if she'd have... More

Overall excellent. Kids loved the fireworks at night. Plenty of rides and things for them to do. Only drawback was that it was pretty pricey for the rides, which you basically had to pay for separately and handsomely.

A nice variety of shopping, snacks and restaurants. Parking was a little hectic but once you found a spot and got into the area, it was not overly crowded.

this is a great place to spend a night or two at. very clean and great restaurants except for Dicks Last Resort. Lots of restaurants and little shops for touristy stuff.

We went twice, visiting the various shops, eating ice cream, just enjoying a break from the beach and checking out all the unique merchandise. It's a nice place to walk around and everyone was very friendly, even if no purchases were made.

We have been to MB for 3 vacations now.... and while we always stay in Barefoot Resort - we never miss visiting Barefoot Landing! We love the atmosphere, all the shops and the variety of food choices. It is also a good break from Boardwalk at the Beach - which is just as nice, but much more crowded! It does... More

Enjoyed walking around shopping and looking through the shops. Wine tasting. Best milkshakes at Johnny Rockets. Many places to eat.

This location has everything all in one place, restaurants, entertainment, fireworks. It was awesome. The organization really involves you in the process and gets you involved. My kids and I loved it and hung out there. It is down the road from a lot of other attractions that are popular.

It is a place you have to get to. Really - you should go. Check out the stores, get a bite to eat. There is a lot to see. It's a great way to spend an afternoon or an evening. Lots of great restaurants within!! We have found it to be less crowded during the day. Large crowds at night... More

Close to hotels with all kinds of shopping, outdoor walking. A small place with wild animals in it for the kids to see lions & tigers up close. Plenty of restaurants to choose from. A small area with a few rides for the kids.
