This was the best course out of the 8 we played. It was by far the best maintained. It provided us with a decent challenge but fair. If your game isn't on you'll have a tough time scoring. The staff were great...the starter kept everything moving smoothly. Some beautiful holes...we liked how #9 and #18 shared the green and ran... More

Played there Thursday May 21 - almost no one there. Course very nice but challenging, especially last 3 holes. Target golf in that you often have to lay up short of a hazard. Each hole has a different look, which also makes it interesting. Starter was a great guy.

Glen Dornoch is a good course with some of the best views on the Grand Strand! Resort style golf, with some interesting holes that take you along the I.C.W. Holes 9 & 18 play along the water and the 2 greens are connected, so don't hit long! Greens had a slight chatter in spots, but overall ran smooth. The outside... More

First the positive, thus course is gorgeous. The greens are fast and true and the scenery is stunning. Now the bad, they over crowded the course. This combined with the fact that the course is challenging and there was no Marshall made for a very slow round. My father and I played the front nine very fast (we were a... More

Just got back from Little River, SC this morning. My buddy and I stayed 5 days and played all of the Glen's Group courses twice each. Started with Possum Trot on Friday, Shaftesbury Glen on Saturday, Heather Glen on Sunday, and last but not least, Glen Dornoch. I thoroughly enjoyed all of them. Every single one of the course's staff... More

Played this and Heather Glen on back to back days. 45 great holes. 2 for 1 for $44 deal is outstanding.

Glen Dornoch is one of 4 courses of the Glen's Golf Group. During Jan., the group runs a special 2 for 1 for $44. This is the best deal in Myrtle Beach golf during Jan. The greens were very good and holes 8-9 are along the intercoastal waterway and holes 16-18 are maybee the 3 best finishing holes on one... More

This was the first time I had played Glen Dornoch. It's a beautiful course as well as very challenging. I felt it was woman-friendly. There were a number of shorter Par 4's, but also some very long ones. There is water and marsh areas to have to cross. Beautiful layout, challenging, but you could score. I would go back and... Our group enjoyed all of the Glen's courses this year. It was the first time we played them and will do it again.

Glen Dornoch is one of the most prestigious golf courses on The Grand Strand. It will definitely test your playing ability as a golfer. However, the course does offer numerous sets of tees to appeal to any level of play. Pristine fairways and smooth, fast greens are just bonuses to this tremendous designed course. It is, for sure, an eye... More
