Rides are fun, but long lines for food.

We did enjoy the park. You should get there early to "claim" a chair in the shade. Go all the way to the back of the park where the good rides are before there is a line. The... read more

We had a blast here the lines weren't as bad as we thought and the pools were clean unlike some of the reviews we read on here. We had a great time .

We just came back from this water park. The water particularly in the lazy river was dirty and full of leaves. It wasn't very crowded but a couple of the slides were closed due to problems. Their were a lot of young staffers on but many couldn't answer basic questions. They seemed untrained. If you are used to going to... More

Thank you for your feedback as its very helpful and will help us improve. We will share this information with the Admissions and Park Services Departments. Our first day open is no excuse of course even though we have new staff that just started. As safety is our first priority, the pools have been all repainted however, the weekly hard... More

This was by far one of the best parts of our trip. Myrtle Waves was very pocket friendly and everyone had a blast. Only downside is most of the concessions stands were closed.

Have been to Myrtle Waves many times. The kids love it! It's a fun outdoor activity as an alternative to the beach. You can ride the rides....aruba tuba...is our favorite or you can relax by the wave pools. It's not the largest water park but it's convenient to where we stay and we'll continue to visit.

The managers over food service should be fired simply for their treatment of under age staff. Using the f word towards employess that dont appear to be more than 15 or 16 is uncalled for. I was under the impression this was a family place, but apparently not!

Myrtle waves was the best. My boys enjoyed this, I'm the best mommy right now! Ages 4 & 8!!! The food and drink prices are overpriced. I just suggest you eat before go, get a snack and splurge on drinks. I was always told not to swim on a full meal or at least sit out a while to allow... More

Yes we got a deal at $12.99 per person but 1/2 the park was closed because they didn't have enough staff (that's what they said) and the wave pool was just too extremely nasty to even get in. It had some kind of "spew" looking patch down at the deep end and the walls of the pool looked like they... More

We did enjoy the park. You should get there early to "claim" a chair in the shade. Go all the way to the back of the park where the good rides are before there is a line. The waves in the wave pool are not really waves but are slight movements in the water. My husband waited over 45 minutes... More

Thank you for providing feedback of your experience. We are sorry to hear that happened during your stay at the park. When you rent a locker, the monitor screen where you create a unique code says to protect your passcode at all times and to shield your code from others during entry. This water park advertises 22 rides. There are actually around 6 rides with multiple slides. However, the park is not particularly expensive either. Two rides that I usually enjoy, were not enjoyable at all. First is the lazy river. Go early, they run out of tubes. They do let you go in without a tube, though. Second, the wave pool... More
