Fun for a while, but needs more for price!!

Visited with my husband and two kids. Fun, but not enough fun for the money. Long lines at all the bigger slides, not enough cabanas available for rent. Waves in wave pool not... read more

I would defiantly make it a must to visit this waterpark. Our hotel had a deal and we saved money on the ticket prices. The rides were fun and the wait time in lines wasn't that bad. Most of the staff was helpful and friendly.

Took some young people to Myrtle Waves and we had a wonderful time. The park is awesome. Thank you, Steve Bingham

My husband, daughter, and I visited on Monday, July 27. We bought discounted tickets in advance through our resort and paid $3 extra per ticket for a second day's admission (obviously, we had high expectations). All we did was wait. When waiting on the Arooba Tooba, we waited for at least 30 minutes to get a tube, then we lugged... More

Visited with my husband and two kids. Fun, but not enough fun for the money. Long lines at all the bigger slides, not enough cabanas available for rent. Waves in wave pool not very big. No water shoes allowed on slides, but ground way to hot to wait in line without shoes. Clean facility, but more shaded areas and more... More

Water park was fun, but Not enough accommodations. They need more chairs & umbrellas. Lazy River needs more floats, people were walking the lazy river. Restrooms definitely Need to be Updated, not clean & not very apealling!! We had fun, just thought too many people for them to handle.

Good place for people of every age. The slides are good fun and some are fast. I say the bigger and faster the better. There are pools for kids and a wave pool, lazy river and a slide. ( a lot of slides) I'm 12 and I like slides and rides that make me scared and love them after I... More

This is a fun way to spend the entire day. My kids loved the wave pool and larger saturation station. It's a little pricier than I would of liked, but it was worth it.

We were less than pleased with our experience. There were not enough employees at the entrance so the wait to get in was very long (turns out that the park wasn't very crowded). There was a ride that was supposed to open "mid-2015" and was no where near completion. There were two slides that were closed. Upon talking to employees,... More

You'll read on here a variety of experiences people have had here. I guess your opinion of Myrtle Waves depends on your expectations when you go. If you want to ride the newest rides and and have short waits on the weekends, that might not be realistic. We went on a Monday morning, splurged and got a cabana and spent... More

We had a great time. They watched our youngest as much as we did. He was able to do all the slides. They were super crowded and we stayed in the wave pool a lot. I think if they do have a maximum capacity it must be insane. Credit card machines were down. And apparently this happens a lot. We... More
