The West course at Myrtle Beach National was a very enjoyable experience. The fairways were lush, the greens rolled true and the course was absolutely beautiful. the staff was very friendly and the pace of play was relaxed. The course had some challenging holes that would give the low handicappers enough of a thrill, yet the course was forgiving enough... More

This course is very golfer friendly. Nice scenery and enjoyable to play. The fairways are well marked. Greens had a true roll to them, bunkers are made of nice white sand and when played correctly, easy to get out of. I highly recommend this course for your next trip to Myrtle Beach

We golfed this course in early April, 3 of us for the 1st time and the fourth his second. Early 7:45 tee time, no issues getting on the course. Starter was friendly, gave us our directions and sent us off. The grounds were in great shape, sand and rough was well kept. Fairways clean cut. Greens a little tough to... More

Visited Myrtle Beach for the 1st time and golfed at MB Natl/West after a long winter in Wisconsin. Nice course to start on; open fairways. Another 2some joined us and they were very nice. Somewhat of a delayed start, so a bit disorganized because of a big group ahead of us.

This course was the best course of the five we played the week of April 7th. We played this course on 4/8/2014 and from the staff to the starter to the golf course, this was a great experience. The fairways were in fantastic shape and the greens were quick, but very fair, awesome course and we will be back next... More

Condition was good, but certainly not up to the standards of the North course. No real trouble, but fun.

Myrtle Beach National West course is a great course to start your golf trip on. Played last week in March. Good condition, greens rolled true, generous fairways. Easiest of the three Myrtle Beach National Courses, less water, more open. But still a good test of golf and a lot of fun.

I played the West Course at MBN yesterday. While I played some of the worst golf in my adult life the course had nothing to do with it, so I wont base my review on the way I played. It was a beautiful winter day with temperatures in the 60s. I was greeted warmly at the bag drop and in... More

Myrtle Beach National Golf Course and West course specifically is a treat to play. It is a very nice design with challenging doglegs with an awesome ending 190 yard par three or was today from the whites with back tee with water along the left. Fun course, enjoy MBN West Course!

What else can I say - this course is in great shape, was reasonably priced at around 50 dollars, played in four hours and is very playable.. It does not have the WOW factor of many Myrtle Beach courses, does NOT have large elevated greens, is NOT super hard but presents a challenge while not penalizing you dramatically for less... More
