Family of 6 didn't know what to expect, but this is a really fun place to spend about two or three hours. It was a rainy, cool day so it was just what we needed, to keep 4 boys ages 5-12 busy and happy. So many cool exhibits and all are interactive. Highly recommend to travelling families.

We were debating between the aquarium and waterworks when a mother walked by and told us how much her family enjoyed it so we went in. There was lots of interactive things to try. How ever there were a lot of unattended pre teens running around and not lining up. Did not see any workers. Enjoyed it but would not... More

Not cheap, but plenty of interactive and challenging things to do. A younger child (5 and under) might be scared by some of the exhibits. (e.g. you enter through a glowing, turning cylinder that is dark and disorienting.) My 7 year old was fascinated though - loved the giant bubbles, and the room that records your shadows as you move.... More

We have seen Wonderworks in Orlando, but avoided it, since it seemed like a typical tourist trap. While in Myrtle Beach the weather was too chilly for outdoor activities so we went there with our kids and grandkids. It is amazing. So much to see and do. Everything was very interactive. I must say we all enjoyed it. It is... More

We have been to these place twice already. My husband is 32 and i am 24 and we can spend all day in there. There is so much to do and look at. It's even fun to do the little kids things. We spend at least a couple hours in their and the food in the eatery is very good... More

We (2 adults) went to WonderWorks not really knowing what to expect. It would be a great place to bring kids, but we also had a great time and were very entertained. Everything was so much fun, and despite it being a rainy day on Myrtle Beach, we didn't have to wait very long in lines (I thought this was... More

We had a good time visiting Wonderworks with our 11 year old soon. He was interested in several of the exhibits and we had fun too. He loved the bed of nails, the 360 bike, and the indoor ropes challenge. If it was more reasonably priced, we would have added the zip line too.

Our 12 year old had a blast! Not inexpensive, but lots of hands-on activities, including a ropes course (we all chickened out) and laser tag. Also zip lining, for nice days.

This was #1 on my son's list and it did not dissapoint! We went on a rainy day -- first thing in the morning -- and we were able to quickly get near every attraction. I would hate to visit on a busy day as some of the line-ups moved slowly. We loved the 6D movie rides, the roller coaster... More

I would highly recommend Wonderworks. It is fun for all ages. My family had a blast. Once you purchase your ticket, it is good all day, so you and can leave and come back. You will need 2 to 3 hours to see everything and even longer if you want to do all of the exhibits.
