Long lines. Very very noisy. Even though they seemed to keep count of the number of people in, It was way too crowded. The older boys hogged many of the games. Several didn't work. You couldn't hear the "monitor" anyway. The only thing my grandson 7yr could get to were the arcade games and they cost extra money. I left... More

We purchased a Groupon which only allowed admission after 5pm. We got there right at 5pm but they didn't have the iphone they needed at the desk to scan the groupon from our phone. So, we had to wait 15 minutes until someone found it and brought it to the desk. It was very crowded but not horrible. The exhibits... More

We went during a busy time and did have to wait for many of the attractions. In Myrtle Beach during the summer you will have to wait everywhere. Get here early and be the first in line. The exhibits were fun and entettaining for my whole family. I would recommend this to anyone especially middle school age and younger. It... More

Too many attractions to mention. My family really enjoyed it. We went on a rainy day so the lines for everything were very long.

This place should really do a better job of regulating the number of guests allowed inside at a given time. They pack it in shoulder to shoulder, resulting in extremely long wait times for many of the attractions. We forfeited our laser tag admission due to a wait time of over an hour!!! These types of waits are inexcusable and... More

I can't say enough about this place. A little pricey in admission, but certainly more than enough for the kids to do! We got there at 3pm and had to leave for a show around 6:30, and still missed on plenty of things. Kids loved the roller coaster simulator, laser tag and rope climbing adventures.

Went there on a Sunday...it's a 2 hour drive from my home. The wait to get in wasn't too long, maybe 20 minutes, but extremely chaotic. Once inside it's basically a free for all. The attractions that are most fun have long wait times and therefore the areas they are in are very crowded. Some of the exhibits / attractions... More

This place is a must stop. Our kids had a blast. There is so much to do. We spent the whole day. The kids especially loved the ropes course. Get there early as long lines form. Once you're in, you can come as go as you please and bypass the line.

Went to WonderWorks in Tennessee a few months ago and really looked forward to going again. This one, though costs the same, has half as much. Crowds weren't bad and place was clean. Service was good, just really didn't live up to expectations.

This was not an enjoyable experience. They let too many people in. We could barely move and the lines were so long. It took 2 hours to get inside plus, 2 more for lazer tag.

Thank you for your feedback. We advise guests prior to entry to anticipate extended wait times when we are experiencing high volumes. Admission is valid all day and team members answer questions concerning volume trends. Summer months can get quite busy at WonderWorks. Had you spoken with a manager to share your experience?
