It's a very intimate (and small) space and serves beer, wine and soda. Yes, it's a little unconventional but that's what makes it fun (and cheaper than other shows). Our seats are transportable cushioned chairs and sometimes we have to pull out folding chairs when people are begging to see us. The fire marshall lets us have up to 110 people in the space. Since the mall does not provide outdoor signage it could be tricky to find us. The mall anchor is Bass Pro Shop and Uptown is on that end of the mall. For the quickest path to the theater, guests should park at the back of the mall between Bass Pro Shop and Carmike Cinema. Hungry? There are several restaurants at the mall where you can eat before visiting us. « less

This has been our 4th year in a row seeing the improv show. Every time we laugh until it hurts! An inexpensivew evening of fun. Audience is always made to feel special. An annual treat for us.

We were only 15 in the audience on March 13, 2014, there were 7 players and our fun MC MaryLou- how could this possibly work? The high energy, quick witted, troupe quickly assured us we were in for a fun night. Our teens were sceptical going in, but enthusiastic on the way out, and we heard snippets of dialogue peppered... Attended on "Musical Improv" night - what a fabulous evening! The troupe is so talented and keeps you laughing the entire time. Good voices and quick-witted lyricists. I'll be back!

When one thinks of improv the gold standard is usually Who's Line Is It Anyway?. The group I watched perform was very close to this gold standard. It was worth the money and we plan to go back to see a different group. The show was clean and the audience was respectful of this. Good job.

We really enjoyed this show and would reccomend going. We will definatley be returning. Very talented improv group. The over 18 night was naughty but not nasty, tastefully done.

We saw the student show last night and we could not stop laughing. The show was so funny my stomach hurt at the end. These students have worked and it truly shows. Hope they do another one soon!! Perfect way to spend a date night.

We enjoyed it! Went to the adult show. As someone else said the humor was naughty but not nasty. Lots of laughs and the actors get the audience involved. Very quick paced and a lot like Drew Carey's show "Whose Line Is It Anyway."

Over 18 night is "naughty" but not "nasty." Laughed so hard. Perfect Valentine's night! Can't wait to bring the kids for the family nights! Thanks so much!

Just saw the show and it was awesome! We were here on our honeymoon and they made a point to interact with the audience and ask us questions and even involve us in one of their skits! We had a great time and this show is absolutely worth seeing! We laughed the whole time!

Going to shows at Carolina Improv is a wonderful and hysterical time! Since even shows with the same title are never the same I could go over and over again and laugh constantly every time! It’s a comfortable theater where you feel welcomed and entertained from the second you step in the door. My face typically hurts whenever I leave... More
