We were staying in Myrtle Beach, one of many small and quaint beach towns along the Grand Strand (which we heard referred to as Redneck Riviera). Beach life is great to experience and great people watching opportunities. Everyone reduced to their childhood selves playing in the surf. always enjoy the shops, the vendors and all the different people. Sky wheel is awesome. Entertaining even in the slow days.

Not my favorite place I have been to but it was nice for a long weekend. I was under the impression you had to pay to park everywhere. But really you only have to pay to park if you are going to the beach or boardwalk and your hotel is not with in walking distance. All the stores and restaurants... More

must have to visit, very busy and most of the stores here carry some of the same items so pay attention or you will get ripped

It is a nice walk and plenty of shops and eats.........if you want a loud conversation and a lot of people at the same place. Was fun!

Love this Beach its my all time favorite, it can get a little crowded during the peak but its expected. A great stop for the family or a couple getaway and the locals are super nice!

AMERICA....What a great country. And the Grand Strand does its share of providing the American Dream. The Strand is affordable and relaxing.
