I just love Myrtle Beach! Had a great time walking up and down the strip and going to all the shops!

I love walking along the Grand Strand. But hate being stopped by all of the people trying to get you to view time shares. I would go to them if interested.

So many people had talked about the Grand Strand before we went on vacation, I really had great visions of a fantastic boardwalk. What a disappointment. There is a small boardwalk off the beach, but the shops are all located on the street. It wasn't downright dirty, but not clean. Too many of the same types of tourist trap shops.... More

we have been visiting MB. Since I was a child & the GS is a must but when compared to other beach strands I find it laking in ocean access and entertainment. However it seems efforts are being made to correct the defecits!😄

If you like to search for shark's teeth and interesting shells, you will love combing South Myrtle Beach, especially close to low tide.

Boardwalk is a nice evening stroll with a variety of restaurants and shops. Gay Dolphin Gift Shop is a must. Skywheel gives a great view but too expensive.

At the beach, there's something for everyone - from the beach to laze out on to food to a couple of thrill rides.
