We enjoyed the Aquarium on a rainy day. It was crowded but still bearable. We purchased our tickets on line which we recommend. It saved us about 20 minutes of standing outside. The Aquarium is realtively small, it has only 2 floors. We thought this was good as it allowed us to take our time and learn about the species... More

Not enough to see for the price. I expected something a little larger. You could see everything in 30 min or less.

This is a great experience for any age. It is an underwater experience without getting wet. A cool thing to do on a hot day. I was there in July 2013 with Son's family and again in August with my neices ages 9-45 It's the most talked about activity, greatly enjoyed by all. Take your tme for an exceptional experience.

The Ripley's Aquarium in Myrtle Beach is designed to do one thing - part you from your money. A fee to get in. A photo op and then of course the chance to buy said photo. A chance to get your photo taken with a mermaid and a chance to buy that photo. An exit through the gift shop with... More

Lots of programs for children, a place to eat, even an above average gift shop which is a must when you try to leave. You have a number of hands on activities as well as sea creatures from all over the world. Discount tickets are always available in motels, etc. You can even buy tickets on-line; however, it is hard... More

They do offer a military discount, buy your tickets online in advance, they're cheaper plus you can beat the line waiting to buy tickets and walk right in. You can probably do this attraction in 2 hours or less depending on the crowd. The interactive exhibits are a lot of fun for all ages.

From the standpoint of my 2 year old son, this place gets an excellent rating. He loved the large tanks with all the different fish and thoroughly enjoyed himself there. From my standpoint, this place gets an average rating. It was not the best or biggest aquarium I have ever been to but it is not the worst either. At... More

From the moment you enter the building you are whisked away to another world - a underwater world. Well worth the money spent on admission and gifts. An experience you will treasure for the rest of your life - I know I will!

I came from this attraction today feeling like I could have spent my money better. I paid 24 PP and entered with the hordes of holiday folk. I was unable to see any of the displays because there was no crowd organization and kids and people walking in two different directions. It was a matter of whether I wanted to... More
