This is a somewhat small aquarium, but it has excellent displays and an "underwater" tunnel that lets you view sharks, etc. close up. It's very kid friendly and reasonably priced, but you might get a better deal through your hotel.

Every exhibit in there was amazing, we watch the mermaid show, saw sharks swing above our heads everything was just very exciting and interesting.

We went in aug 2014 with my wife and 2 sons. Cost was 81.00 for the aquarium. Yes I think it was neat and the shark tube was cool; but we went through the entire place in about 1.5 hours. Overall, I won't go back.

We had an incredible discount off of the ridiculously high admission price for this place. Even with the discount, we still felt cheated. The aquarium is very small and there was nothing unique or interesting about this place. Our kids enjoyed it (thankfully) but at 4 and 2, it's not very difficult to please them. I would never go back... More

A very good and interesting place and a must visit if you are in myrtle beach. Went there a few years back and had a very good time.

There were a number of interesting things to see, but you could walk through in a very short time and see everything. The main thing to see is the sharks. This is worth the admission and the other items seem like fluff for a shark exhibit. The one thing that drove me nuts is how you have to go through... More

The admission price was very high, especially when it took us less than an hour to do and walk through everything. Totally over priced. Waited in line for our family photo for almost 20 minutes, got to the front of the line and was told it was the ladys break time, she'd be back in 15 minutes!!!! I left!!! Very... More

We're North Carolina residents and have been to three of the state aquariums, as well as the national aquarium in Baltimore. The price for this place falls right between the state and national aquariums at about $25 per adult. However, the value is far below. It's definitely designed for kids, so if you have them, you might be more pleased... More

This was the best part of our vacation to Myrtle Beach. The new swarm exhibited was insightful and hands on. But the best part was the shark exhibit and mermaid show. Fantastic!! Make sure to get the coupon book from your hotel. There are coupons in there for this attraction.

Kids thought the underwater tunnel was super cool, but that's the main (and pretty much only) attraction. There are some other smaller viewing tanks and a small touch-tank area, but didn't seem like we got our money's worth. The SC Aquarium in Charleston, SC is much better!
