I enjoyed very much as with all of Ripleys aquariums but this one was not the best. It is smaller than the others and not really worth the money unless it's rainy and nothing else to do. But overall I enjoyed.

We have been to several aquariums on the East coast. This is one of our favorites. The exhibits are very well cared for. The variety of sea life is amazing. This was the first time we have seen sawfish, an endangered species. The shark tank surrounds you as you ride the automated walkway. Sharks glide overhead and create a unique... More

I personally thought this place cost too much. I have a family of 6 so when we go somewhere and spend a lot of money, I would hope it would be totally worth it. The kids loved it. I loved it too. However, it will only take a max of 2 hours to see everything. It is smaller than expected... More

Went with three boys ages 10-12. We had a great time. There is a lot pack into a small place. I have been to a lot of aquariums and saw things here that I had not seen before. The shark tunnel was excellent with a motorized walkway to keep traffic moving plus there was a walkway so you could step... More

With all the hoopla regarding the Ripley's name, I was expecting something spectacular. This just wasn't it. The exhibits are limited and not extensive. Once you have ridden the people mover, you have basically seen it all. There are other things to do in Myrtle Beach for the same money or less that would provide better entertainment.

My husband and I visited while on a mini vacation away from the kids. We have an aquarium in Chicago ( where we are from) so visiting was really just something to do while the weather was bad but I had a great time! I absolutely loved this place and can't wait to take my children back. The staff was... More

Even if your not a kid. I really enjoyed going. I liked going through the tunnel and see the sharks swim over me. I stayed for hours enjoyed looking at all the exhibits.

We realy enjoyed the aquarium. We have been to the Ripleys Aquarium in Toronto, and while that one is much bigger, I really liked the shipwrecks etc in the shark tank here. We saw the sea turtle, sharks, tropical fish, seahorses, jelyfish, the slime exhibit, the dive show, and got to pet sharks, rays, and horsehoe crabs. Our favourites were... More

Yes it is smaller than most , yes it smells like fish , yes it's a little pricey but you are at a resort area which most people come for the beaches . It is a very nice aquarium to visit so don't miss the attraction.
