We loved this park. We walked on the boardwalk, the nature trail and the beach. A great, easy beach access.

We first visited this park 7 years ago on a camping trip. We fell in love with place. We have returned every year since. We travel with a dog and they have a dog - friendly beach adjacent to the campground. The whole park is clean and the rangers are helpful and friendly. We love that you can easily get... More

We spent $50 for a weekly pass and it was worth it. We went to the beach almost everyday. The beach was clean and they have restrooms and showers.

We camped for a week here. Wow - what a park!! Beautiful, clean, natural. The marsh view is stunning and the marsh walk is a must do. The wildlife - alligators and birds - are fascinating to watch. Be sure to visit the nature center when you come. Also, a tour of Atalaya, the beachfront castle of the Huntingtons, should... More

Nice clean beach. Plenty of parking..shower area to clean off sand from yourself or from chairs. Two paths to take to get to the beach. I think the " locals " go to the right. Dogs are allowed if you go to the left.

Very very nice beach. Plenty of room on this beach. Family friendly and clean. There are trails and marshes you can walk to and view birds and gators.

This beach is across from Brookgreen Gardens. It has facilities but not as many as Myrtle Beach State Park. There was plenty of parking. However, the walk from the lot to the beach is a bit of a hike. If you don't like walking that far try Myrtle Beach State Park. Lifeguards were on duty from around 9:00am till 5:00pm.... More

Huntington is great for beach goers, campers, and nature lovers. The beach is beautiful without buildings in sight. The marsh is a perfect place to birdwatch and if your lucky you might see an alligator or two.
