This was a lot of fun for our family. This company guarantees dolphin sightings or you can ride again for free. We did not see any dolphins so we rode the next day on the sister boat - Sea Screamer. (We saw multiple dolphins then. Yay!) A couple of tips I will share and I hope are helpful are: 1.... More

My wife, 6 year old son, and myself made reservations and took the 9 am cruise. The boat took us on a nice calm cruise up the waterway viewing beautiful homes, yacht clubs, and great scenery. We then took up the speed as we head towards the Atlantic, went off the coast of Sunset Beach and Cherry Grove point, now... More

This has to be the best dolphin cruise in Myrtle Beach! We haven't been on any others, but we've been on Sea Thunder three times (twice last year, once this year). Wonderful captain and crew. Just an enjoyable experience all around and exciting to see the dolphins. They also offer a guarantee that if you don't see dolphins, they let... More

We took the Sea Thunder cruise and thoroughly enjoyed it. The crew said they had no sightings of dolphins 13 trips in a row until today! We were so excited and happy to see the dolphins swimming around the shrimp boat. As a bonus on the way back we came across a fishing boat and they held up a small... More

We had a fabulous time on the Sea Thunder! Our captain and deck hand were wonderful. They pointed out many intetesting things along the way. We saw dolphins! The cruise lasted about 2 hours and was the most fun I had while visiting MB!

When you go out it is early in the morning, so the weather may still be a little chilly (plus you get wet) so I definitely recommend bringing a hoodie or a towel. The trip lasts about two hours, but they have restroom facilities on the boat as well as beverages for sale. They guarantee that you will see dolphins.... More

Not only was the staff OUTSTANDING, but the boat ride was smooth. This is the ONLY dolphin cruise that gurantee's you will see dolphins, or gives you a free pass to come back to another excursion. Our first trip out we did not see dolphins. Came back the next morning and saw them! Best time to catch them is typically... More

The staff was so nice and helpful here and at the marina. We seen over 20 dolphins easily after going out by the shrimp boat. Only advice, is when they tell you that you will get wet sitting up front, make sure you listen! You get seriously drenched!! Overall, a wonderful experience.

Great price, and the staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. We didn't get very wet, but some people did. My only suggestion would be to get there early so you can get a seat under the canopy. It was very hot without any cover when going slow through the canals. Definitely worth taking this tour!

We had five little girls with us, between the ages of 6 and 9, and they were on a mission to see some dolphins!!! :) Not only did we see dolphins leaping through the air near a shrimp boat, but we had a fishing boat flag us down to see the shark they caught. The captain and his team were... More
