Again, we had visitors from California that love flowers etc. so we went to Brookgreen Gardens everyone truly enjoyed all the flowers, trees & statues. We spend several hours until we were to tired to continue, but one great thing about this place, is that you have 6 more days to see all they have to offer. I personally know... More

I’m not a big fan of museums or rose gardens - about an hour in these places & I am bored to death. But we spent five hours roaming around Brookgreen Gardens & we didn’t see it all & I’m actually looking forward to going back & finishing the exploration of the place. The interspersing of the gardens, butterfly house,... More

My wife, my 4 yr old daughter, and I visited on a Sunday in April. Weather was brisk, but overall, it was a very pretty day. We really enjoyed our time here strolling thru the gardens and zoo. We stayed for about 5 hours and could have easily stayed longer if we didn't have to get back to Wilmington for... More

We went here after seeing so many good reviews. We were amazed at the size of this place. The kids wanted to go to the zoo and the butterfly garden so we headed there first. By the time we got back up to see the sculptures and gardens, the kids were about done for the day. Your tickets are good... More

We toured Brookgreen Gardens last week and thoroughly enjoyed our visit. The gardens were beautiful, we were amazed at the the exquisite landscaping and water features, there was so much to see. We also had lunch here and I have to say - it was the best food we had all week. The peach cobbler was a slice of heaven.... More

While visiting a friend in Myrtle Beach, she took me to this beautiful garden April 9, 2013 and must say, it is the most beautiful I've ever experienced! The professional sculptures, blooming azaleas, wisteria in bloom, spring bulbs and water features were all candy for the eyes. My friend even admitted the garden was the most beautiful she had ever... More

By far one of the most beautiful, tranquil places that we have ever been! The gardens are so relaxing-loved strolling thru the zoo portion. The excursions are our favorite part! The boat tour is a can't miss! We drive down every spring before the weather gets too hot and do an excursion or 2. The last 2 we went on... More

We went to Brookegreen Gardens on the last day of our vacation to Myrtle Beach and it was by far the best activity we did while on our trip. Brookgreen welcome center volunteers were extremely friendly and gave my six year old daughter an activity book to keep her interested by having her play detective. The flowers were beautiful and... I'm a lover of beautiful gardens. I hate gardening, but i love the result. Brookgreen is a beautiful garden, but what sticks in my mind most clearly is the art. Whoever put this garden together loved sculpture and it shows. Every piece of sculpture is museum quality, but it's more remarkable because it's in a perfectly planned and maintained garden.... Peaceful, breathtaking and a chance to be filled with God's beauty. The trees, sculpture and flowers are magnificent. Even my husband enjoyed it!
