This was the first course I played on my first trip to Myrtle Beach. The weather was on the cool side and it has been a wet spring so the course was not perhaps in its best shape. The grass on the fairways in particular was pretty thin, but the sandy turf makes for good contact. The sand in the... More

Me and 3 buddy's flew down from Michigan to get out of the snow and sub zero weather to play some golf on a 100 dollar a round budget. TPC was a perfect choice seeing as we were only staying 2 days and wanted 36 holes for under 200 bucks combined. I know I'm going back but only when no... More

The TPC Myrtle Beach course will challenge even the lowest handicap golfer. The bunkers are deep with high lips making them a challenge. The greens are very fast. There is an excellent pro shop and driving range.

After reading many reviews I wasn't sure what to expect. My experience was perfect from the minute I arrived til I left. Course was in excellent condition from tee to green. Greens were exceptional. Absolutely spotless, fast and true. Course has great mix of risk/reward. Some shorter holes and some long ones. Only gripe was it was cart path only... More

The TPC Myrtle Beach was a big let down. The fairway bunkers were not raked. The course was only a grade of fair on overall maintenance. There are a lot of courses in Myrtle Beach Tthat I would play before ever going back to the TPC.

Like all the TPC properties, the clubhouse and course are top notch. Great practice facility. Play was a little slow on my visit, but the course was full so I expected that. They were overseeding, so there were some shaggy spots, but that's a seasonal thing. I got a good rate at the last minute. I'd play it again

For a course of this caliber , conditions were not very good , some of the tee's were in pretty bad shape and even had some bare spots in a couple fairways, grass just didn't seem to be growing well for this time of the year. Just expected more conditioning when compared to some other courses that carry the TPC... More

Course was in fair condition, but not worth the price. We were approached by a ranger as we made the turn and were told to pick up the pace. Tried to explain to him that we were waiting on every tee, and he basically called me a liar. Would not recommend playing. Not worth it.

Greens were verticut and very difficult to putt on.Sand traps were hard as a rock, many with old packed sand. I don't know where they get "cert' of excellence 2013"? Maintenance was lacking in many areas.

This is an excellent golf course and lots of fun to play; be careful when selecting your tees-it's difficult from the longer tees.
