A very enjoyable experience! Our guide was extremely knowledgeable about the flora and fauna in the salt marshes. We saw many nesting birds, dolphins, and other marsh denizens. We also paddled up Shem Creek, and heard about the history of the area. The guide and other staff were friendly and helpful. Five stars.

We had a perfect afternoon on Saturday with our guide, John. It turned out just to be the two of us that signed up for that excursion, so it felt like a private tour of the Wambaw. John knew so much about the area and the park that I would have missed. I left with a huge knowledge of South... More

Ask for Ryan he was a fantastic tour guide that knew what he was talking about! He explained the wildlife and vegitation around us and was sire to ask what kind of tour we wanted (more or less talking). We chose the less talking option and saw a 4 foot gator, yellow crested night heron, multiple barn owls picking up... More

This was my first time paddle boarding, and I went with someone who has done it multiple times. Our reservation was for 10 am on a Saturday morning, and they were very busy! Workers were running around trying to outfit tour groups, and if you weren't in a group, you had to stop someone to ask where you go to... More

My wife and I did the "2 Hour NAO 'After' Sunrise on Shem Creek and Crab Bank Island Paddle". Our tour guide was Ed. First, everyone at the outfitters is personable and enthusiastic. HOWEVER... "Paddle" is an overstatement--considering we did it for approximately 20 minutes of the 2 hour excursion. The rest of the time, we baked in the sun... More

This was such a great way to see the sunset on Shem's Creek! We had a lovely, knowledgeable guide and she led a relaxing, laid back tour. We saw quite a few dolphins! Beautiful and serene. Great way to spend a late afternoon/early evening with family and friends!

We did the 2-hour paddle from Shem Creek to Crab Island. Our guide had a group of 8, 2 families with teens and tweens. Some experienced, some not. Experienced paddlers might want to opt for the self-guided tour or perhaps a private tour that can go your faster pace. With a group of 8, you can only move as fast... More

This is a great company! The rental equipment was is great shape and the staff was so friendly and delightful. We had a short tutorial before they let us go with a tandem kayak. Lots of baby dolphins to see in Shem Creek. Special thanks to Bryson! He's a stand out!

First of all, our guide Andrew was the tops. He was so nice and so knowledgeable, it made the trip really nice. We had a group of 6, most of whom were beginners. Everyone learned quickly and by the end of the trip, we were racing. Wambaw Creek was beautiful with wildlife and serene views. We saw gators and owls... More
