Dunes West is a solid course. However, the weekend price of $96 is a little over priced. Luckily I found a 20 percent off coupon at our resort downtown. The fairways and greens... read more

I've lived in Mount Pleasant, SC for ( years now and have never been more disappointed than I was today with the quality of the putting surfaces. To be charging a 9 hole rate of $59 is absurd for that quality of a golf course. If this course wants to be taken seriously in the affluent Mount Pleasant community it... More

All I can say is that I will not be playing their again anytime soon. Pace of play was aweful. Took us over 4 1/2 hours to play 18 holes. It was hit one shot then wait. Could not get any momentum going. Rangers flat blew it !!!!

Dunes West is a solid course. However, the weekend price of $96 is a little over priced. Luckily I found a 20 percent off coupon at our resort downtown. The fairways and greens are in good shape. The course has plenty of room to hit the ball and is not overly long. Most greens however are relatively small. There are... More

First time here and would play again and highly recommend. Staff is great, course was pretty good for the off season. Challenging but very fun design. Tee to green was in excellent shape! Great value and experience overall.

This golf course has it all. Great golf, views, food and value. I love their breakfast, and Thursday dinner night. Quality and Class all around.

A great venue with wide open fairways on most holes but with challenging approach shots to many of the greens with water in play on many holes.

I have played Dunes West for 17 years when vacationing in the area. The drive leading to the clubhouse is stunning with the canopy of oaks. The course is a fun course to play and the staff is always friendly. Do yourself a favor and take a cart during the heat of the summer.

My husband and I golfed here twice on our March 2013 visit to Charleston, and it was terrific. It's a bit pricey, but that's to be expected in this area. It's a pretty wide-open course on which good players will score well, but there aren't too many trees or water hazards to punish a more novice player. My husband scored... More

This is a well laid out course with enough risk-reward to make it fun for the low handicapper but a pretty wide open course, so it fits all handicaps - I play to an 8, my wife to a 32. Despite being in the marsh, there is a surprising lack of water in play but the course is lined with... More
