husband and I are local, we come on board two to three times a year, this time, we notice, the staff isn't as friendly as years past, the buffet cost $13.00 for mostly breakfast items, that is per person. the machines were so tight it would make a buffalo nickel pee. I had to stay on the second floor because... More

If you enjoy slot machines, especially a VARIETY, STAY AWAY! They have no penny machines and what they do have is old and spits out tokens! There aren't enough of the 'newer' ones to go around so people hold them or play 2 at once. The staff is TERRRRRRRIBLE! The bald headed guy who does the announcements is so darn... More

This so called casino is not worth the time or the effort. Stand in line to pay your $10.00 just to get on board. The buffet is adequate, but the food is cold. The slot machines are dated and nothing to write home about. The machines spit out coins rather than the newer paper. There are no penny slots and... More

I am in Cherry Grove 5-7 times per year at our vacation house and finally decided to go out on a casino cruise. I travel to Vegas on business and vacation once in awhile and enjoy a little low limit gaming. A couple of buddies and I did the day cruise on July 4th. I had read the reviews and... More

We take pride in our jobs and our staff will go out of their way to satisfy each and every customer. There does come a time, usually with a full moon, that no matter how hard you try, you just can't please everyone. Seems to have been the case here. At times, a customer is not able to obtain a... I visited the Big M Casino boat yesterday and here is my honest review: Location- the boat is super easy to find- just plug in the address into your GPS and go! Signage appears as you get closer to the boat. Convenient, free parking which was nice. Boarding- easy, easy, easy! As a first timer simply show your ID and... More

The boat was clean, looked much better than the last casino boat we were on in Little River, but the slots to choose from were pretty much the same. Their was little variety and they were dated. I was informed to stay away from the lunch buffet - two people said the food was nasty, so I did. If this... More

Everyone standing on the second floor , waiting to go downstairs to leave the boat. A 70ish year old Veteran, limping just a bit, with his "Veteran's" cap and decorated pins starts to go downstairs. The man (staff) at the top of the stairs put his hand up and says.. "you can't go downstairs yet... only the VIP's get to... More

I was looking for the Suncruz Casino, but before I could figure out where it was, I was ushered into the Big M parking lot. I figured I was there, so I went with it! It was $25 to board, which I assumed would include some sort of food service, but the buffet was another $13 plus tip. I grabbed... More

If you win money without tax, feel good about the cruise, but the losers are telling the different story. Limit your spending on the boat, you will enjoy a 5 hours trip.
