I've been to this spa a few times and I love it. Beautiful hotel and spa. They do a nice job capturing that southern hospitality. Massages are always great. However, there was a lot of stinging, pain and involuntary tears in my facial. This isn't normal in my experience and I thought maybe I just caught them on a bad... More

While at the property during spring break the spa was the perfect place to get away from it all and fully relax. The staff was so nice and very knowledgeable one could not doubt having been in very good hands. The services had (facial, massage, manicure, pedicure) were all fantastic. I was made to feel so welcomed and will definitely... More

U need to pass a gate to get into this area. If u have o reservations or don't know anyone that lives there u may only go to the sanctuary. Lovely place! Always felt like security was going to pop out any minute, u don't belong here. Lobby n sitting rooms are very nice. Fresh flowers all about. Lawn was... More

This hotel is first rate. Amazing service. Everyone addresses by name. Beautiful grounds and lovely rooms. The Spa, tennis courts and golf courses are all #1.

Very classy spa, with very professional staff. Attention to detail was good with the ver relaxing lounge to spend time between treatments which offers both drinks and nibbles. Only negative was someone brought a young child that screamed he entire time I was having a pedicure which is not deal and think children should not be allowed in the spa

Crowded relaxation room, guests taking cell phone calls in the meditation room! Therapists did not make my bench mark for a destination spa.

Top notch spa , of course it should be at $180 with "optional" 20% gratuity!?! Who wants to be the cheapskate on that one! I suppose if I hadn't had the best massage, I might, but still. Solarium is lovely and totally extends the relaxation experience.

What a wonderful and relaxing spa. The waiting areas were tranquil and quiet. The staff was very attentive, the locker room complete with sauna, steam room and whirlpool, and my hot stone massage was one of the best I've ever had!

We were delighted to discover that Kiawah is less than an hour's drive from home. Why don't we go there more often ... The restaurants were very good and we enjoyed breakfast daily at the Jasmine Porch ... followed by more newspaper reading in the lovely sitting rooms of the main hotel ...

Loved it all - alligators were a little frightening due to mating season but we have some great pictures. :)
