Great layout, several holes along the intracoastal waterway. Tight but you can see most of the problems. Course in great shape, staff helpful and pleasant to new visitors. Well stocked Pro Shop, lots of goodies.

Scenic holes, especially those by the river. Staff was very friendly, carts, clubhouse, and grounds all kept up very well. At around $75 per round, a good deal to be so close to Kiawah Island and its steep prices.

Friendly staff and course was in good shape, although very wet. Back nine had nice water holes and a bit of history to boot, as the course preserved several Revolutionary War features, making the round unique.

Staff was rude and condescending. They followed us around the entire course. They kept accusing us of playing 5 people instead of 2 and 3. They spent the entire morning watching us from the woods. Next time we will take our money somewhere else.

Professional polite staff and an awesome clubhouse. Course imbued with history. Course is tough and tight but unlike Wild Dunes, you can actually see most if not all the trouble.

We enjoyed our experience from the minute we pulled up at the bag drop. A friendly, sincere welcome preceded being paired with 2 members who were delightful. The golf course was in excellent condition and featured some challenging holes with lovely views. A replay is in the planning. ps the food needs to improve

The Links at Stono Ferry is a must-play for any golfers visiting the Charleston Area. The layout is spectacular, especially the back nine holes that follow the marsh. There is lots of history within the boundaries of the course as it was the site of a Revolutionary War Battle in 1779. Pro Shop Staff, starters and marshals were all very... More

I liked the course. It was in great shape for this time of year. The staff was fabulous. The starter did a fabulous job outlining the course. Food was basic but good. Loved the historical factor on hole 12, 13 & 14.

On the recommendation of a friend we added this course to our rotation on our previous trip and we were very glad that we did. Once you get off the island its amazing how financially reasonable golf can become and Stono Ferry is no exception. But I would still give them 5 stars for the service though - you might... More
