Of the many travels to different spas, this one is the very best of all!! Everyone is most pleasant. The spa is cozy and very comfortable. The massage I experienced was incredible. I can't wait come back to HHI and Seeds of Calm Spa. More

“Don't miss this place if you are in Hilton Head!”

I have been going to The Seeds of Calm Spa yearly for over 10 years. I look forward to my vacation in Hilton Head just for my massage with Dorine. She is a wonderful beautiful lady who provides the best massage. Her technique is simply the best. The Spa itself is peaceful and relaxing. The rooms are warm and inviting.... More
